How do you rate the Ibanez iron label guitars - what are your though on lower tunings?

I have this same model and I love the hell out of it, though I play it in standard tuning. I'm not too crazy about the pickups though, especially the neck pickup. I came across this video while searching for replacement pickup recommendations.
