Hi Lee Great video and review of the Vifly Whoopstar 3, I have been using my whoopstar 2 for years and I love it. I definitely would like to get one but I have to wait until my v2 dies. Thanks again for the video.
great charger-discharger. I love it. BUT connectors are 1mm dipper, so I end up taking apart and lifting the board 1mm up. this way I can connect my GEPRC bettery and they are not falling off. other then that, really good product!
For the price, grab several. Being able to charge whoop batteries in the field from a high capacity usb c battery bank makes things so much easier. Now that you can storage charge as well, it's a complete system.
Will this work with the 1s jst 1.25 batteries used in a UMX radian. Is there a way to get adaptors that will plug one end into the jst 2.0, and allow you to plug a jst 1.25 into the other end?
I beg your forgiveness for my ignorance but I’m new at this and when I plug it in it says something like too low input. I didn’t understand all the abbreviations you said about the DC or USB input. Could you explain what I should get to get it to work?
Great charger, but bt2.0 connections are badly soldered on v3. I had to re flow.. add solder to positive pins on board... works great, yeah has all u need for tiny whoops!
Not all the time, it only works when it feels the temp is too high, for charging, it almost not works. And our fan has 2 levels, normally it only starts lever 1 that is very quiet. You don't need to worry about the fan noise.
I could never find the V2 in stock, so I may have to grab a pair of V3s.

How do I know if I want to charge at 4.2 vs 4.35 cell amparage? I am using 660 1s gnb batteries. Cheers
Using the HV switch... Happy flying

I'll need the exact error and what you're doing to get that error to help...
Hello can I charge betafpv 550mAh 1s lipos with that charger?
If it had the right connector. If you are getting into non-whoop style batteries then investing in a more traditional charger is a good idea..

Thanks for the note, something to watch for!
Does the fan run all the time or only when discharging?

Great review, Lee! Thanks! 😃
As soon as I can I'm definitely going to get one!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Lee! That is all
