It's little wonder that drivers in NY are notorious of not getting out of the way of Emergency vehicles. How confusing is it to have police and unmarked vehicles with lights on but obeying traffic signals. Or driving at normal traffic speeds with lights on for no apparent reason. ... Yes I know UN week is worse than normal for but the point remains.
