It is relatively easy to put words in the right order when the statement is short and simple. But it's good to know the rules if you need to say or write more complex sentences. I didn't know any of the rules or exceptions and I am really grateful for being able to learn them. As always - you kept it clear and simple. Thank you so much, Minoo. But I would like to ask about a 'stomach ache'. A long time ago I studied medicine. I had been taught that it was a 'stomachache'. Now I am a cardiologist and I never have to write this word but I just wonder if both forms are correct.
Hi Minoo, I’d like to thank you for your efforts. I usually use your videos as a valuable study resources. However, I got confused in this lesson because it has a different concept from another one you made earlier and I ask you please for a clarification. In this lesson you have mentioned that English sentence word order should be who what how where when and why. However in an earlier lesson in 2012 you had mentioned that English statement word order should be who what where when how and why and also you had presented putting how before where and when as a common mistake. So please I want you to clarify if both orders are ok or it’s situational or which one is the most appropriate thanks for your time? Sorry for the too long comment and appreciate your reply Thank you
Hello Mostafa, I have to admit that when I was writing up this video, I realised that my 'how' examples in the first video were confusing, and that I had not dealt adequately with the different places 'how' can go in a sentence. Therefore, as far as 'how' goes, please follow my explanations in this later lesson, including the exceptions I mention (verbs of movement & alternative position of 'ly' adverbs).

Thanks for making this new video. The old video didn't make sense to me because there was some confusion and contradictions in it for the longer sentences, specially when one element returns few times in a same sentence. Although, I had noted down the previous video and practiced with it , this new video looks more promising. Thanks again.
