I would like to live in Hallifax, the mix between forest and sea that surrounds the city seems incredible to me. Greetings from Guayaquil in Ecuador 🇪🇨
Hello Saul, nice to see you at my channel, welcome! Yes, its a perfect match! In my next video I will be talking more about reasons why to move/visit NS, so stay tuned 😀
Both are such great cities, Halifax has a special place in my heart though! Beautiful city. But I totally agree about the taxes too, way too high! Great video! Love finding other Canadian content :) we subscribed!
I was born and raised in Toronto and now live in Halifax. The winters in Toronto is much colder than they are in Halifax. Toronto only really gets 1 month or so of spring and then summer kicks in. Not helpful if you like a nice green lawn and beautiful garden. I remember a few times in Toronto when it snowed in April and May. I don’t think she has really lived in either province long enough to form a strong opinion either way.
Hey, I agree with you. I have not lived far long, only three years. And I am not meteorologist and sharing only experience I have. Also note, the climate is tend to change.. 😉
Halifax spring this year started mid April! Luckily been very hot weather early also it’s growing a lot downtown a big museum being built on the waterfront!
Thanks Mark for telling me this! I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I know this. I meant not only winter, but also summer, spring and fall. As I’ve been in Toronto two years ago, and the weather was still better. And my NS friends who lived both cities agreed with me😉 but thanks for watching!
There is also a very xenophobic population in Halifax, white is pretty much the only race. There is also an attitude of not being laid back with regards to goals etc so don't expect to find people who want to work. Good luck with home repairs etc.
Hello, I'm from India and I just completed my 12th science with maths as the main subject and now I have been planning to pursue my diploma in Canada in Toronto, George Brown College in event planning course so can uh please tell me it's my good decision or not?
Calgary is much better. Calgary has the fastest growing tech, finance and film industry. Recently Tech giants Infosys, Mphasis and RBC has made announcements about their headquarters or offices in Calgary. Many Hollywood companies are filming moving in Calgary because of its proximity to mountain 🏔, skyline 🏙 and lakes all they need. Calgary is also world’s cleanest and most livable city. Calgary is also sunniest city in Canada. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary from BC or ON. We will see more of this trend in coming years
Дуже цікаве порівняння! Дякую!
Thanks!

Great video! I really appreciated the information. I am thinking of moving to Halifax.
I remember visiting Halifax in 2016 from Toronto and paying 5cents more for a small Tim Hortons coffee; that surprised me
