- This is a video on the role of dynamic monitors like PPV, principles of Left ventricular stroke volume preload dependence, in guiding fluid therapy, especially in critical care.
Guy is a great teacher. Thank you
Excellent
You made pulse pressure Really easy, have saved your video and eagerly awaiting for the next topic.............can you cover Diabetic ketoacidosis management in icu, specifically emphasizing the Anion gap closure.
Thankyou so much for your comments. Will cover the topic..I plan to do topics in December
The belief that a random Indian guy in you tube saves you is absolutely true.
Thank you.!
PS please try to look less sad next time 😉😉
I will try😄
Thank you so much!
Formula for Stroke volume variation(SVV)=(SVmax-SVmin)/([SVmax+SVmin]/2). Where SVmax=maximum stroke volume during a period of 30sec. SVmin is the minimum stroke volume during the same period.
Stroke volume (SV)=K*Pulsatility. Here K is a constant dependant on arterial compliance and vascular resistance. Pulsatility is calculated based on standard deviation from the pressure wave calculated over a 20s interval.
plz make a video on how to approach a case of 58yo m presenting in ED in shock. how to manage and evaluate him step by step.
Working on it :). Thanks for the support!
