- King Charles has arrived in Southport to meet the victims of a knife attack that claimed the lives of three young girls. Six-year-old Bebe King, seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, and nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar died when a knifeman attacked at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class on Hart Street in July.

Nice to see King Charle’s in my hometown. Southport is a great town but could be a lot better if it was managed properly. There needs to be some investment put into the town, especially a long Lord Street, which is a very important street. I miss it very much. A walk along the promenade on a windy day, with the wind blowing in your face is a wonderful memory.
