Fully Upgraded Level 399 1034HP Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991) race spec gameplay for Need For Speed Payback. Showcasing it's overall performance in 4 events and 1 online races. Performance/Speed Cards and stats + live tuning are shown at the end of the video. Played with keyboard and manual transmission.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991) Race Spec Performance Review:
Why? Why did they make the top speed of this car so low? A Volkswagen Beetle has way better top speed than this. Imagine if you don't have the 6 speed perk bonus, it only has like 203mph/327kmh. It's like Ghost Games needs to decide how much to split a pie for the 911 Carrera RSR and the 911 GT3 RS to eat. And they gave the whole pie to the RSR and a crumb to the GT3 RS. In a game where the multiplayer tracks are filled with highway tracks, with such low top speed it wouldn't stand a chance.
Now maybe... it has the most perfect handling? The drift recovery speed at corner exits in this thing is pretty good, as good as the Huracan. You can pretty much regain all of your entry speed at corner exits. However if the drift angle gets large, you still need to smoothly exit or you lose all of your momentum. Acceleration wise is pretty decent, it's NOS power is decent and it has pretty strong engine accel. That's a plus.
Now come the part which is why this car is very difficult to drive. The overall drifting is VERY heavy. It takes way too long to both get into drift angle and reducing the drift angle at corner exits. The overall response is just slow. If there are multiple corners at once, you often find yourself unable to get into drift angle for the next turn because of how heavy the drifting is. It can only handle singular corners and you need the perfect racing line so you won't end up in a wall because it's still maintaining it's drift when you don't want to at corner exits.
The 911 GT3 RS is quite similar to the Huracan with it's very high drift recovery speed. Except the Huracan is more reliable and more responsive.
How does it compare with 911 RSR and Regera:
2.5 seconds slower than the 911 Carrera RSR on Mountain run. It has great recovery speed from drifting but it's overall heaviness in drifting makes it difficult to quickly adapt to changes and of course, that shitty top speed.

Update: The Freeroam patch has increased the 911 GT3 RS's top speed to be equal with the rest of the cars.
and.... It's fuckin op... A bit lesser than the RSR cause SHE CAN TACKLE CORNERS AT HIGH SPEED ! AND I'VE UPGRADED IT TO 399 AND I GOT 377 KMH

I tuned my 911 just a bit and it legit has a top speed of 350+km/h. My tuner had crap stuff so i rolled sum items. I had a M2 BMW before my GT 3 RS. The handling of the m2 was still okay but as soon as i selled the BMW and bought a 911 it was crazy !!!! The handling was so much better like a lot. I was happy because i played 6,30h to get 700.000 ingame money and the 911. Have a great day :)
Edit: i tuned the m2 to the maximum 900hp and it had a top speed of 350km/h +. So no difference maybe 1 or 2 kmh. Remember that I tuned the 911 just a bit and the m2 to maximum

Hold up, the GT-R have 6 speed irl, 7 speed in game, and every 911 have 7 gears, both PDK and manual form irl, so wtf ghost game: you guys have both the plot, graphics, but couldn't nailed the physics ( a 1200 hp Z28, for example, couldn't go pass 250mph, which the gearing is quite long at the end and downforce barely matters) and facts? Get your crap together!
I mean it's more of a arcade game really so yeah
This car is probably one of the better ones just because it's much more stable than the other hyper cars but accelerates so fast.

The handling is great for me, one of the best in the game imo. But mine at level 399 tops out at 200mph, which is disappointing. I literally lost a roaming racer race against Natalia Nova because I couldn't catch up to her after I hit a civilian car. Please tell me, how do you manage to get those types of cards? How many times do you have to roll?

Even before the patch, my GT3 had 230+ mph.
Your car has 215 MPH top speed, and 222 MPH top speed with nitro in full use. You are a good driver as i see from the video. See in the video from the first race the online race, and you will see the top speeds with and without nitro.

I'm pretty sure that the 911 GT3 RS has 7 gears, so you were redlining 6th the entire time...
It can hit 222mph at 6th gear. There is no point shifting to 7th when it's speed is hard capped at 215.

These low top speeds may be due to gear limitations (nfs15’s diablo for example had only 5 fully upgraded). when you get to the top speed on both the cars don’t you feel like they just want more speed? like another gear?

The developer doesnt matter. In almost every NFS Game there was a lot of Bias towards Porsche.

It has 7 gears yes but it's top speed is so low that using 6 gears will do and there is no point shifting to 7th.
