Will a 3.5” front wheel work? Or do you have to modify the forks for it to work?

you would have to check the clearances between the axle lugs and what width/size the tyres are would be.

@@MAKENTRAX nice, I thought it was a 5". I have a KTM 450 EXC 2006 and on the front I have 3" and 4.25 rear. I wanna put a 160/60 tire because the brand I want (heidenau k73), only makes 160/60 and 120/70. What tire setup you had on the bike? It looks gorgeous
