Blue Mega Volume Coloured Lash Extensions | Step by Step Tutorial

- My guess is that 2022 is the year of coloured lashes!
Ive been noticing an uptick in the number of clients who have been asking for colour and wet lashes recently and I’m all for it. I feel like I learn more from my coloured lash sets than any other set I create. I think it’s because there is no hiding your mistakes with colour and if you want it to show up in a certain area or pattern, it takes strategic planning in order to bring it to life.
For this set I worked with Lost Artistry Lash Sky Blue lashes on the top layer only and Black 7D Mega volume fans across the entire bottom layer. The idea was for the blue to peek out over the black base so I worked with the same length mapping on both layers. Because the layers sit so many mm apart, this was the perfect choice to make the blue pop out the top.
I’m loving the result but am wondering what you think of it, do you have clients who would be down for this set? Think you’ll recreate it? You could also make it a little more subtle by shortening the top layer lengths as well!
