Hello guys!
For those who are worried, the chicken was definitely cooked. We edited out the cooking time (twice) and the chicken is red because of the spicy sauce marinade (raw chicken is pink).

Looked sooo good. I know very little about what you ate growing up, just what was in other uploads, but is there something you could grill from Vietnam or the Chinese Region of your heritage? Do you like those types of food? Or anything with enough meat, I suggest beef, to keep Bo happy, see what budding chef sister can create, and then cook together. Trinity, you kept scaring me with that tan jumper when you leaned over the grill a million times. I kept waiting for a red stripe haha, you are very creative with cooking tho :))

What is the white wrap? You said pickled radish but I can't find it does it have another name?
I think it's Daikon radish, try an Asian grocery.
It's pickled radish it just has many different forms depending on how it's cut. Pickled radish can be strips, cubes, or circular like that to wrap things but probably more. Maybe if you specifically searched pickled radish wrap? Idk

To make the spicy chicken it will be easier if you mix the sauce first so that the gochuchang doesn't clump up when you marinate the chicken!!! But yum
