I quit eating salt a year ago. . Still eat pizza time 2 times, but in whenever I would have put salt on something, I put it in a coffee so I can see it... in a year, I got a half a coffee can full... everything I buy has low or no salt... between that and quit smoking cigarettes a few years ago... I feel alot better
I have a Dr. who said I should take blood pressure pills. I replied, I heard it'll mess with my manhood. He said what you prefer, that or dying. I said pills. He said the pills we have wouldn't affect that. I started taking, and it didn't affect my sex drive at all.
