I LOVE Trinidadian food and all Caribbean food in general! Doubles, pholourie with tamarind sauce, goat or chicken curry wrapped in dhalpuri roti! Can't forget their signature scorpion pepper sauce! My mom's Trinidad born coworker and bff introduced me to the wonders of caribbean food at a very young age, and I've loved it ever since!
