I'm Jamaican and have lost all interest in International football in relations to the reggae boyz, their seems to be a conspiracy to always keep down Jamaica for whatever reason, this is not only unfair for the players, but also the Coaches, soon no one will want to Coach the reggae boyz since it appears to be a dead end Job, on account of the bias against this Team, and they are not even subtle about it anymore, they do it openly, I stop watching international football since they disallowed a Damion Lowe clean header into the goal for no reason whatsoever, it seems the conspiracy is also sanctioned by the FIFA FOR THEY WOULD HAVE COME FORWARD TO RECTIFY LONG AGO, but no such luck, so I just stop watching a game I use to love.

Did the coach fight for the team? Did he bring it up in the Presser? It's still smooth sailing for him as far as I see. If he's not willing to fight for decisions then he should be out imagine it could've been a clinching game in the WC qualifying stage.
