Tom, I have the same mower, and I want to know if it is normal when I unhook the fuel line from the carburetor will the fuel continue to drain out of the line. If I lower the fuel line, gravity will drain the tank. When I crank the motor over, I can see the fuel pulsating out of the fuel line but when I turn off mower the fuel will just run. Is this normal or is my fuel pump bad? Thanks, Amos
My mower is the exact same and needle was broken just like this one. Changed out everything just like you did but it still won't start. What else could be my issue?

Put the shutoff valve between the filter and gas tank. Just shut off the valve to replace the filter.

My tire pressure is 10 psi on back and 14 psi in front. 20 psi seem a lot for the front.

Module may not be grounding good
@@TomDobyMowerRepair It just keeps cranking. Would it still crank if the ignition module wasn't grounded good?

customer wanted it, rather than rebuilding this one, it stays in his garage attached to a mansion
At the price of new mowers now it just makes sense not to take a chance and install a new carb and cut of valve 😊
