This is a rare early MSport 4.8i. If you can find one mint, buy it. My favorite X5 for reliability and cross country driving.

why would you compare the x5 with a jeep wrangler? if the highscool student lives in the appalachian mountains then get the wrangler if not and you go to school on asphalt like everyone except third world countries then get an x5.

This actually a very masculine car. I have seen a large number of guys both young and middle aged(40-50 years) driving them. I personally would like to have an X5. Black exterior with tan interior. What a way to attract the females. Lol

@Gelrious03 U can buy a 2009 X5 fully loaded for 65k usd with about 30k mileage...But I thought why buy used when you can afford a new one. I looked at the used but there was a small rip in the seat, and you start looking for small things like this.....So I bought the 2010 X5 for 97k. Mabuhay!

+Fred Medina 0609370 Yes it does...my wife drives my 2010 X5 E70 4.8l and drives roughly 14 miles per week dropping off my daughter to and from school and I put 30 bucks of gas a week. I drive my '12 audi a4 V4 for 160 miles and put 25 bucks and still have gas for the following week.. Overall the X5 is an awesome vehicle, it feels like a sport compact car, you can beat almost anyone on the road but the maintenance is too expensive. The RFT run flat tires are around 2500 for all 4. Head gasket replacement 4000, rear air bag suspension around 1500 for both. Brake job around 1200 for all 4 discs. Oil change 450. Brake fluid flash 450.

BMW's have the best engines ever made in history. they just released the 4 cylinder which produces 245 BHP!! no other carmanufacturer has ever been capable to create a 4 cylinder with such an amount of BHP. so go cruise around with your crapy chryslers and daewoo's!
