(11:31) Story 1: He was authenticating himself in order to get access to the bank. It wasn’t working even though he tried multiple times. The next day he went directly to the bank and the worker asked him to try it infront of her and then it worked immediately. So he felt embarrassed Story 2: He went to go eat. He ordered pork belly and he didn’t see it on the platter. He asked the worker where it was and the worker told him it is there. In which it was, he just didn’t notice it properly so he felt embarrassed. Story 3: He ordered delivery, it was taking awhile. He called the delivery man to ask where it was, and as soon as he started to ask the question, the doorbell rang indicating that the food just arrived.
I think Story 2 is also a when he ordered some food. He had ordered stuff and he couldn’t find the Samgyupsal so he called them up and was saying I ordered so and so and right then he saw the Samgyupsal on the table and hence he went like “Hi I ordered this and this… *sees the food*… Oh it’s right here, I’ll have a good meal. Thank you so much!” He said that and cut the call.
jeonghan was just talking about times he's called for customer service and his problem is solved without help. but he already contacted the people so it's awkward just going "nevermind all good now" like right after giving his complaint lol
