I love Rabindrashangeet.........I have listened to so many............But sadly enough, I can't understand the underlying theme or meaning of this song........Perhaps ( from the film Bodhon ) ,, the elderly couple have reunited after a long separation........they have children and grandchildren, a pretty FULL LIFE. At the moment very happy............but, as they are quite advanced in age, their END is quite near.............all their happiness and reunion is short lived..................................

I am based out of india and do follow rabindra sangeet if not too closely, but i do. I haven't heard Ms. Chakraborty before. I am quite fascinated with her soothing voice which i feel quite suits tagore songs. She has her expressions closest to perfection which i personally feel barely few these days take care of which singing RS. Best wishes to her for her future endeavours.
