Ingredients: (Makes 13 Samosas)
Maida/ All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ghee / Butter - 2 tsp
Water as required
Boiled Potatoes - 2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garlic and ginger - 1 Tbsp ( finely chopped)
Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 Tbsp Finely chopped
Capsicum/Bell Peppers- 1/2 cup (finely chopped) OR Veggies of your choice
Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
Oil for Frying

There's not much of a difference between white rice and maida my dear. The amount of veggies in this samosa adds fiber to the diet which helps in better digestion of the less quantity of maida.
Biscuits, wafers, cakes, crossaints that kids eat have only refined flour, sugar and unhealthy fats.. Giving homemade roll samosa is definitely healthier than these foods that parents feed their children without any thought..

Yes you can. Deep frying in oil makes it evenly crispy otherwise there's no difference in taste
