The interview was interesting, relevant questions and well thought out answers, but I was a little let down about not having a clear shot of the movie poster

He's the comedic element of a morning radio talk show in Dallas. Honestly, I think the only reason he hasn't moved on to the national stage is that he's happy with where he's at. He certainly has the talent to go national. The other thing is that he essentially works 22.5 hrs a week & has the rest of his time to pursue his other interests, like doing these interviews on weekends, or writing his column for the Dallas Morning News. He also toys around with playing in a band from time to time. If he were on a national comic, he likely wouldn't have that type of freedom & flexibility.
The only rason I can understand why people think this is funny is that maybe they think the actual funny people he is interviewing are thrown by him, when actually they are setting him up to continue doing this lame watered down version of "Comedy" I would love to see this guy interview Norm MacDonald he wouldn't even get to fuckin' speak, or he'd be torn to shreds.

Gordon does a daily 5-6 minute comedy bit on the ticket, and has done so for the past 25+ years. I can’t imagine any comedian coming up with that much material. Dude is a literal genius. I really think he had the talent to become one of the greatest comedians of our time had he decided to make it in Hollywood.
