How I Catch My Biggest Bass of the Year - Big Bass From The Bank!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 17 жов 2024
- This is how I catch my biggest bass of the Year, and I did it from the bank! Want to catch big bass from the bank? I hope this video can inspire you to try a few casts in tricky spots, like under trees. I pitched a soft plastic craw under a tree a few times, then BAM! I catch a big bass! I also catch a few smaller bass later on in the morning that proves all sizes of bass like the plastic crawfish. You CAN catch big bass from the bank! I just caught my biggest bass of the year under a tree right next to the bank.

I knew as soon as you pitched under that tree you would get a bite. Some of the biggest fish, will have the most subtle bites. Crazy! Good job job bro!
Thanks a2 👍
👍🏼🎣👍🏼💪🏻
a2kizzy I was thinking to my self “c’mon, cast under that tree” then he’s like imma try under this tree, and boom! Haha
Definitely a 4 and a half pounder what a Tank! Casting under trees along the bank is always a money spot for big fish. Great catch!!
Just got back from Boy Scout summer camp and also caught my biggest bass of the year at 4.7lbs! Great Bass Alex!
At 8:57, keep an eye on the mono, it'll give you goosebumps! Awesome video again!
Watching mono is my specialty 👍
I love the look of that craw and apparently so do the bass! Nice bass!
Thanks!
Wow, you called it under the tree and there it was!! Killer! 👍🏻👍🏻😎
That was a great bass my friend, looked mint, i didn't see scars or holes from previous catches. He was out shallow for a meal but he didn't want to hang under the sun..
_What an incredible place, Congratulations Beautiful Video._
_Hugs and _*_good Fishing_*_ always!_ 👍🐟🐠🐟🐠🐟😎
Thanks Suellen 😀
So happy for you. Great catch
Thanks Joe
Thanks for the honor of Top Fan! It means alot ince you were the first person i started watching when i started getting back into fishing and i still learn stuff all the time from you! You rock bro and thanks again! Keep It Realistic!
that brief moment of silence after you set it back in.... i felt it. nice one
👍👍
That calm water is what i love using topwater baits on
Awesome fish man! That is so much fun!
Definitely was a good idea to pitch under that tree, good catch.
Nice one! Made that kid's day, too! I always like it when someone recognizes you and says hello, even if you usually cut most of the interaction out.
Great fish buddy!!!
You are the coolest! Thank you for keepin it real!
Thanks for watching Jen 😀
Great fish Alex! Congrats!
Woo!
Congrats Alex on getting your largest bass of the year! Way to go man! Shoot yeah!!!!
It was awesome!
Congratulations on the nice catch! Definitely at least four pounds. They love to hide up shallow under cover after a rainfall. Good job man.
It was just waiting for me 😎
You SHOULD..................................be damn proud of that fish! Nice one👍
Way to keep it realistic! You never have a scale with you when you need it! Haha
Thats right!
great catch man keep it realistic
Good stuff man keeping it realistic. Your the only fishing channel I don't find repetitive. Keep it up man
Thanks Jase
Great morning! Thanks for sharing. You inspire me to just get out and hit the local spots for short trips. No need to make every trip a epic long distance endeavor. Keep up the great workl
Good catch! Realistic fishing is a good channel.
That bass was gorgeous. Love when the big ones go airborne. And I love that you don't just post highlights of big fish like so many do. The majority of the time you're going to get smaller ones. It makes it better when you do catch a big one because the size difference is more obvious and you react like a normal person with that rush of excitement haha. Great vid as usual and that kid had a pretty nice catfish, too.
Thats right, keeping it realistic 👊
Way to go bro!! That's 2 videos in a row with some NICE fish.. Keep it up man.. 👍🎣🍻
Cheers David 🍻
@@RealisticFishing for sure man u deserve a beer.. It's been tough here in Orlando for me to hook anything lately.. Too damn hot.. Was fishing the bank earlier today and asked a guy on a boat what his graph said the water temp was.. Told me it was reading 90°..
WHAT A FN TANK!!! congratulations brother! You definitely deserve this!
Most of the biggest bass I’ve caught have come from mere feet of where I’m standing on the bank.
Keep up the great work Alex!
Banger! Always posting good stuff
Thanks for watching Cori 👍
Wow, now That's worth getting up a 6am. Congratulations. The view looks like a postcard.
It was a great morning for sure
Indeed a BEAST!!!!!
Now that was a gpod morning of fishing Alex , congrats on that mondo ,keep on keeping it realistic 🐟👊
Thanks Louis, will do 👊
Man do I love casting under trees haha as long as I don’t loose my bait lol
Some advice that was given to me try and keep your rod tip down to keep the fish down and avoid jumps I’ve had a couple good size bass jump and shake my hook. Glad you landed the good size bass keep up the great videos
Wow 👏 😮 what a bass!! Sweet!!! Looked like a perfect day to fish!!!
Good fish! He was sitting and waiting on boaters to dump their minnows on the way out. Ambush a time!
Yup, I'd say right around 4.5 That thing has a build and shape very much like the 4lb 8oz bass I caught for my PB 2 weeks ago. GREAT catch.
Haha..what a great feeling. Great job! Big ole bass.
When you catch the bass of a thousand cast the rest of your day is a blast.
It sure is 👍
Hell yah! Unique netbait colorway, love the red tips. The paca crawls are great
I love those red tips 👍
Awesome catch for sure. Crazy how something so simple as the red tips can make a difference
I think they like it!
Glad to see someone catching them !!!
Keep up the great work !!!
Thanks!
Great looking fish, easily 4lbs. Love it when those big ones jump and fight.
hey i just wanted to congratulate you on 50k great job
You're the man Alex. Kir
Now that's a friggin' cannon dude! Good shit, nice bucketmouth. Always a nice confidence boost when you get something like that to let you know you're doing it right.
Wow super nice Large Mouth, that craw was the ticket
That tree looked super juicy! Congrats on that catch, awesome bass. And hell ya you can catch big fish from the bank. Us bank fishermen put in some work for em but it pays off with catches like that. I hope you catch a monster this year! Tight lines 🤙
Juicy!
nice bass Alex! good job my friend!
That lake can be incredibly beautiful at times. Really calm, the wind is your friend, they say.
Great fish, Alex. That’s why we do it, isn’t it?
Nice Bass, Grats! Right under the tree where you knew he would be!
Daaaaaaaaaaaamn ninja!!! That bass was freakin huge. Awesome homie, you slayin those bass lately. Love the look of that craw too.
That’s great! Great catch! I caught my double digit bass this year off the bank. Catching monsters from the bank is completely possible. 👍🏻
Nice Bass!! Now that was a good Bass!! Enjoyed!! Keep it Realistic!!
Really nice fish! Most definitely over 4 lbs! Your reaction was realistic too. I don't care what any says, a 4lb+ bass is a good catch. Ignore the guys that nonchalantly toss those size fish back as if it were nothing.
They must be Pros 😜
way2go,Alex!!!it must be new P.B. time, cuz I just got a 4lber yesterday on a green pumpkin senko wacky rigged on a VMC rugby swing jig..its summer;these bass' metabolism is up & theyre feeding aggressively..it was my 2nd fish on a new Quantum 7ft med/hvy rod with the Piscifun Phantom X reel onnit..man,what a blast..i'm a state away in west virginia-lets slay some bass 2gether!!love the chan bud,&God bless,brother..
Glad to hear youre catching some 👍
Very nice Bass. Thx for sharing and letting us know how to catch fish no matter the size.
That was a tank! Great job man! Best fishing channel on UA-cam!
They don't call them bucket mouths for nothing congratulations and a happy Fourth of July brother🇺🇸🇺🇸💪👍🍻🍻
Thanks Aaron 🍺
nice bass, good rule of thumb 20' from bank
Thats right 👍
RustyB12399 what do you mean?
@@Nicksta177 He mentioned around 2:22 in the video he usually catches fish about 20 feet from the bank.
RustyB12399 ahh ok thanks, I watched this video when he posted it and came back and was reading comments and seen yours. Thanks for the reply
Looked like a beautiful morning before you caught that first fish. 😉🎣 catch a bunch of small ones and then you catch a good one you think you've got a 🐋. 😊
Nice bass dude! i love it when they jump!
SSWWEEEET! Congrats on the PB bass. Happy for ya.
Wow!! Awesome fish! Third pitch was the charm!
Nice bass!!! I’m off to find some Paca craws with red tipped claws. Great vid as usual.......
Hello I'm so early you are awesome you tell me the Walmart fishing deals also can you please make a video on best catfishing lures from clearance at Walmart. Those are my favorite videos!
I dont know much about catfish lures but I will try some this year 👍
@@RealisticFishing thank you so much!
I always pitch under trees and any laydowns. That fish looks more like 3 to 3.5 lbs. But still a great fish, very healthy looking great color.
Haha yeah bud.. he’s a UA-camr so he has to exaggerate
That’s it! I’m putting on a Texas craw rig on right now for this evening
That was an awesome catch, dude. Definitely fun to watch. Congrats on that pig.
Once again Alex you proved that you can catch a big fish that was a beautiful bass keep it realistic
I think you should do a studio sit down vid about that first bass.. man he was a mondo bass
That bass was a stud! You had to pitch in there several times too!
Nice fishing! That 4lb one was like the one that I caught at the Charles River in Boston! Looked exactly like it.
Heck yeah! Nice bass!
Oh yeah !
Keep it realistic bro 👊
Nice chunky, brother!
Caught it on about 50 cents worth of terminal tackle and soft plastic... just goes to show you don’t need a $49 lure to land nice fish...now that’s Realistic!
Was able to see your line dart on the video when that third one picked it up and ran with it... pretty cool.
Keep up the great work and as always,
Keep it Realistic!
👊🏻😎
Awesome video, keep catching those big mouth bass. That first fish was a tank. Keep it realistic
Rockin & Rollin, awesome catch brother.
Wow. That was a hell of a fish.
I agree! 👍
Caught my pb large mouth in a similar way but I had quite literally crept on top off him and was just dipping a worm in the water less the a foot off the bank and then BAMM came shooting right out from under a log and destroyed my worm. Bank fishing can provide you with some monsters for sure great video keep em coming and good luck
Nice!
Happy 4th Alex! Enjoy watching you rip some lips. Congrats again on the 🐟👊. As always awesome video!
I wonder if there is something in this crazy early summer weather this year. I'm over in Virginia, but on back to back days, caught a four and a five (probably pushing six) off the bank, from some ponds where I would have been over the moon to find a three pounder for the past decade. Whatever it is, cheers to you! And cheers to me! Nothing better in the world of fishing than finding a monster. Keep up the good work!
Great fish!
That was a HOG, Alex! Nice job...
I think that last little bass had a concussion lol. Monster hook set bro!
epic fish just right under your nose.. great catch!
I am glad I decided to pitch it under there!
Nnice Fish... think I'm going to plant some trees down by the lake... 😊😎
👍
I got excited just watching you catch that bass
Need to try this one myself. That guy was a monster. Absolute fricking beast.Best part, on a sub $5 rig.
Way to go Alex 👍.you never know when the big one is going to hammer you .keep up the awesome videos
If you don't have a scale, just get an accurate length measurement. There are look up tables based on electronically harvested largemouth bass to convert inches to pounds (the Texas department of game and fisheries is easy to find online). And if you don't have a measuring tape use markings on your rod and measure the length later.
Awesome catches, I know that first one felt good so early in the day 👍🎣
Great fish buddy. Keep it up realistic. Love the videos buddy.
Man great bass!!! Going out later today hope I get something!!!
Nice catch both you guys!! Awesome!!
Way to go Alex that was a beast of a fish with good fight in him . congrats n keep on doing youre thing 😀👍 .
Beautiful lake. I live in Southwest US. I wish we had trees like that. I get toasted at 98-100 degree dry heat. 😂😂😂
Beast!! Like trolls under a bridge....outstanding!!
A bass like that would make my whole week. ^^
