This is perfection. I can't relate to this enough. It's even worse when their spawn area is so incredibly small up in a tall area like the Apam Trees of Sumeru.

Well, it was not that big of a problem for me. Sure, it is annoying that they fall off, but I never minded it, just more fun killing

I remember fighting a ruin grader in dragonspine a year ago and I was still a newbie at the time. I was fighting it while also keeping my distance and I was close to finishing it until it got too far from its area and respawned with all its health back. Really got me mad when that happened.

I still hate that mechanic. It's disgusting when it's on a small platform or on a cliff.
This is what I get everytime I am fighting with Hillichurls. Like it’s a 50m cliff and just pushing them over the edge would make them drop dead but no they should just spawn over and over again till I actually killed them.
At least they can drown if it’s underwater.

@@hayond656 I don’t think this is reality lol. No one would survive a sheer drop from a cliff. Either Tevyat has it’s own laws or Hoyoverse has their own way to annoy the players.

This reminded me when I first started playing the game, I was exploring Stormterror's Lair when I found one of these. He was about to kill me so I ran from him as he spun like a beyblade. At that moment, someone sent the request to enter my world and I pressed to accept without hesitation despite not knowing what the hell I was doing. I still remember when Zhongli threw that meteorite at him from above

You know... I haven’t experienced this in a long time, but I remember it being absolutely infuriating a long time ago. They must’ve fixed it. Good on them.

omg.. i remember at a low AR i was fighting a ruin hunter in liyue and i was SO CLOSE to defeating it but it pushed me in the water and it went back to regular health and i was a HORRIBLE person at building characters so they did 100-300 the ruin hunter was lvl 30-40

Fog dispersion commission in Inazuma, 2 slime that spawn at a tiny cliff with a tiny tree. Any type of attack send them falling below, not to death unfortunately.
