I do agree that Rogue's VA does sound older than when she did it originally but she gave some of the best performances this season, especially in episode 5 and 7... when she cried into Nightcrawler's arms. Also you didn't actually talk about episode 7... your episode 7 review was actually episode 8.
I can agree that she displayed emotion really well, with episode 5 being the stand out for me. It just felt like the accent was a bit overkill and she did unfortunately sound old. Still liked her though. And yeah, I noticed when editing that I jumbled up some of the episodes in my mind. It’s too bad I did because there were cool things in the actual episode 7 I wish we had talked about.
I want to hear what you have to say, but the background music in the video is obnoxious and too loud. It's called background music for a reason. If it's nearly drowning you out, it's not in the background.
@FilmFightsPodcast I feel like I was a bit harsh. But it was just frustrating because I wanted to listen to your review but the music was driving me nuts. But I'm glad you didn't take it personally.
Xavier didn't die at the end of the original series, Lilandra took him away to give him the medical care he needed. That's why the xmen weren't surprised to see him alive, though they had accepted that they might not see him again
That’s really good to know! I still think there are a ton of problems with his return in the show that lead to more questions than answers, but I agree that makes it a little better.

Noted. I was having some sound balancing issues. I will turn the music way down or remove it entirely next time. Thanks for the feedback!

@@MyNewUA-camNameNot at all, I’m always hoping for comments like this so I know how to make our next video better.
