Hi I followed your tutorial in detail. When I come to create an update KB flow, and when I have set a custom field here in video 6:44 , my account field called prompt is nowhere to be found? Its created in the same way you did, but its not showing up.

If the custom field isn’t showing up, here are a couple of things to check: Custom Field Settings: Double-check that the field is set to the correct type (e.g., text, number). Sometimes, if it’s not configured properly, it won’t appear. Refresh the Flow Builder: Occasionally, newly created fields need a quick refresh to display correctly. Save your flow and refresh the page to see if it shows up. Check the Field in the CUF List: Go to the Custom User Fields (CUF) section in the Flow Builder to confirm the field exists and is active.
