Hi Sean, can you please discuss about Exit Strategies? I've several properties but actually never planned to own so many. First property when I was in my 20s planning to start a family but we broke off, lucky for me got a job overseas, paid off in 3 years and the location has boomed. Second was a subsale that I bought when i return to Malaysia in mature neighbourhood of Bangsar. As I'm almost paying off, I recently bought a third smaller unit. My profile I'm in mid 40s, and is bringing my savings overseas back to KL, what's your suggestion for next steps? Thanks in advance, love your channel, I chance upon it when researching for my latest purchase.
16:53 Actually if you refer to the layout plan at 12:17, the intention was to have the bed against the window wall, facing the switches. So the weird thing is not the location of the switches but who placed the bed there 😅
The cemetery is not a big issue la , My schoolmate was stay in front of this cemetery since I'm secondary high school. We was playing around during that time with all big group friend. Don't sensitive la ~ hahaha

Hi, will you plan to do property review for Traders Garden Residence? Just curious because i had purchased the Traders Park Residence (the 2nd phase) and wish to know more regarding the property information around that area.
I'm staying there and the refused chamber is in between the corridors. It's full wall and floor tiles and it has a big window for ventilation in the room. The room is quite big tbh, it's similar to the size of the medium room of the unit iherng reviewed in this video.
It’s literally next to it lah. 7 mins includes taking the lift but if it’s too long for you. I think you’ll need to stay in the station to be considered TOD already haha:)

There's another TOD project just one station away, Parkland Residence and it is directly connected to MRT station.
