Just downloaded the app. So cool! Thanks for the tipi! Can’t wait to start practicing!
Hope you enjoy it Anthony!
Hokey smokes! Why haven't I heard of this before? Thank you soooo much. Cheers!
It’s my pleasure and I’m stoked to introduce it to you! I’ve made a video about Moises before; honestly one of my favourite apps that I use all the time.
i just automatically like your videos before even watching them
🥹🤝🏻 I appreciate you!
Just loaded it up. Awesome
Your new best friend. Enjoy it!
I finally plunked down and bought the app a while back. I find it super helpful once I’ve learned a solo and learned to play ALONG with the solo to then take the solo out and play against the backing track. It’s another step up to play the solo without the backing track! I also use it with the “band” I play with. I make versions of the songs with no vocals or no bass or no drums, etc. for the other members. Super helpful!
Absolutely. We also do that, sometimes our drummer will remove demo parts so he can change fills etc. with us working remotely.
Just started using this and it's awesome! Great for individual practice or creating backing tracks for band practice! Brilliant 😊
It really is! Our drummer sometimes uses it on our demos if I've put temporary programmed drums in whilst writing something, maybe I've gone out and can't bounce him a drumless wav so he makes his own. So many uses.
Well done, i also bought the app. Outstanding!!!!! Thanks a lot
Thank you! So glad you're enjoying it; what's you're favourite feature?
@@SpedSpedding Wow!!! Too soon for a favourite feature, all the features seems too be so amazing at first sight. I,ll put my impressions right away. Thanks a lot man.
I've used it now since it came out. As a beginner it is so much better than backing tracks as you feel the real vibe of the songs and feel so much more inspired. Adjusting the tuning is super useful as so many recordings are not 440.
Yeah I noticed Walk This Way flagged up as 441! Would never have guessed. Such a smart arse isn’t it. 😂👏🏻
Amazing! Just messing around with the free version for now and wow. Thanks, Sped!
Thanks for the video, Sped! If you have any questions, you can ask them here.
My pleasure Moises! 🤝🏻
Looks awesome, do you need to own a copy of the song to use it - eg MP3 file - or can you use a streaming service as the source?
@@iduncanw Hey there, streaming services are not supported at the moment due to specific guidelines which are out of our control. You can still use cloud services, songs from iTunes, your camera roll, and the Files in your device.
@@MoisesAI thanks, unfortunately I gave away most of my CD's without creating MP3s after I started using Spotify almost exclusively to listen to music. I've got limited songs from iTunes purchases.
You've mentioned this app several times. This video shows how much it can do! Just downloaded it on iPhone and Mac... can't wait to use it.
Amazing Don! It really is the perfect learning companion. You’ll be pleased to know all your songs sync across the cloud from device to device. 🤝🏻
Downloaded. Thanks Sped! Cheers, MB
My pleasure! Glad you liked it enough to download, how you getting on with it?
Haven't had the chance to try-it-out yet really, but the features you covered look phenomenal. Cheers, MB
Masterful Sped!
Thank you!
Can't tell you how many times I said WOW during this video! Thanx again Sped!!
Haha maybe I should get a “wow” jar for the channel. I’ll stick a quid in every time.
Well, it did have a "wow" factor... and wow, it is an amazing app! Sorry Sped, that's 2 quid!
Most excellent. I've had my eye on this for quite some time. Utter game changer. A true Guitar Sensei truly educates despite himself selflessly. Good job Sped. So many would love to get their hands on this, but are too intimidated to do so. This will help many.
Thanks so much, means a lot. And honestly, it’s so user friendly, you upload your audio, let it do its thing and then have all the tools to manipulate for practice or performance. Easier than sending a text message to your mate. 😂
Thanxi' ll check it out
Awesome; let me know how it works out for you.
FREAKING AWESOME 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
YUUUUUP! Favourite feature? 🤝🏻😏
awesome!!
Glad you think so!
GAME CHANGER!!!
Absolutely is! Were you already using it?
Fantastic demonstration Sped
Moises is just incredible
Already have it downloaded but I need to use it more💯
The count in intro is brilliant
On other platforms your never sure when to start
And ADVANCED 🎸 and posting level
You certainly are 💯👍😎
Awesome, thank you Chris! Yeah I think I remember you saying in a different video you used it. If you’ve got songs already in there try changing the separation mode on them to break up the lead and rhythm. 💪🏻
Sped ,watched that video you suggested. Honestly it's just useless to me and the question I asked appreciate a lot and your techniques but for this I say "thanks for nuttin' " . No sweat I'll get there. Looking forward to learning,Rain Song excellent teaching as always Thanks Sped
I started using Moises after seeing Sophie’s video a while a go. Such a great way to figure out parts by ear. They’re constantly adding new features. I love how they’ve now added the function to separate guitar into Rhythm and Lead. Also the hires feature which produces less artefacts from a hires source. There’s now the option to export wav’s at 24bit/48kHz into your DAW, in my case into Logic. 🤘😀👍
Yeah that’s a super cool feature and makes workflow easier. The high res is worth the bump to pro too. I notice it especially in the drums, keeps rhythm chunky.
@@SpedSpedding Yep, I find the drums have the clearest separation. Rhythm guitar less so, but it can only get better. If only we had this tech when we first started! 🤘😀🤘
@@MesatallicI’d have annoyed a lot less people. 😂😂😂 I used to rewind cassettes!!
I bought a different one. Nowhere near as good as this! Thanks I'll be gettin' this one.
That's epic! Glad to showcase it to you.
Nice jumper again.
Grazie. 🤘🏻
Oh thanks for responding so rapidly have a good Holiday
Does it have an option to tab out solos? You know I'm gonna download it ya cheeky bastard.
😂😂😂😂 it doesn’t tab out. I do that for you though… 💪🏻
I'm speechless!😋. Thanks for the heads up on this product. Any relation to David? He hasn't worked out at West Ham😎
David who? Is there a player or business person called David Spedding? The only ones I know are my uncle and the former head of MI6. 😂
David Moyes head coach of West Ham. Moises, Moyes. I tried but crashed and burned
@@pieve5516Tbf it’s a good joke I just thought you were asking me! 😅😅😅
I completely forgot I downloaded it a couple of months back. I was so excited about it and then I never tried it.
Can it separate harmony parts into individual guitars?
I think it would probably put them on the same track… for now? 😏
Good advice, thx! How can I transfer it to my computer? Got it in the iPhone..
On their website you can download the desktop app or simply use the browser version. Anything you do syncs across the cloud and will be accessible on all your devices. 🤝🏻
@@SpedSpedding thx, finally I try to sort out the Black Night-Solo from Richie; how about a tutorial? 😉
❤City or United?
I have a lot of excuses my favorite is its me not you
Another excellent and informative video, I might give it a try and create backing tracks minus the guitar to play along with songs I'm working on
It’ll be your best friend for backing tracks!
That's quite a thing.
Does it work with youtube videos? I have the impression, from glancing at the documentation, that it requires source files to work from.
Yeah you can even upload voice notes of you playing and singing and it will separate. Works best when you upload high quality audio though imo!
Can i get an app that makes me play like you?
Seriously though if it really works this well it should be great
Haha, imagine if there was an AI me in the corner! 😂 But yeah, it’s a super clever app and genuinely useful for all musicians.
This guy could sell me a broken guitar pick that he found on the floor.
😂😂😂 turns out I’m a wheeler dealer eh? Decent.
What happened with the tour?? 😢
It got cancelled; out of our hands. Such a shame. We’re working on new music though and are all fine. 🤝🏻
I rapidly clicked into the video thinking you were going to give me the SECRET pattern to unlock my fretboard!
😏😏😏 noted. Maybe I’ll save that for another video. I’ve got the secret pattern on an old scroll in my safe.
I have a question sped can you start doing music theory videos please i need help I want to start making my own music
I’ve done a few videos on theory. Have you finished those? There’s a playlist for them on my channel.
@@SpedSpedding I’ll check them out
@@IK_REELSAwesome! Let me know what you think as you make your way through. I’ll try and pick up the comments. 🤝🏻
I been looking for you. I need a proper teacher.
Happy you found me!
@@SpedSpedding so how do I go about learning from you? do you have a subscription page? I'm not a total beginner, but I'm also not intermediate. I need some structure and guidance, because I'm all over the place. Please help. I also downloaded the app with your link.
How do you add music to it. I have downloaded it and it wont accept urls
I upload the mp3 or wav. You can also use a cloud link like if you have the song or audio in your Dropbox or whatever.
@@SpedSpedding I don't use drop box or anything. It's all too complicated for my old brain 😂. I'll have to work out how to upload MP3 files.
@@Digg3r Fair enough, if you have CD's or have bought tracks from iTunes for example you can just drag them over. You could even upload the audio from a video of a gig you recorded live and it would have a go at separating. It's pretty clever!
What watch is he wearing? 🤔
G-Shock Casio!
@@SpedSpedding A reply by the man himself, woo! Thanks Mr. Spedding, very cool!
Does this isolate the guitar on all music like Rush, Van Halen, etc. without becoming garbled?
You can upload whatever track you like and it will work its magic. I use it to create my little backing tracks for lessons on here from bands of the same era.
Plus as I mentioned the premium version also offers a higher resolution audio separation.
Best thing to do is download it for free and upload “Jump” for example, check out the lead and rhythm separately and put your feet up with a cup of tea. ☕️
@@SpedSpedding Great! Thank you!
Hi from a Patreoner, sorry but this simply doesn’t work for me. I’m subscribed on iTunes so I don’t own any songs there, and this app can’t access those songs I have in my library from CD either. So basically it’s a non starter. Nice idea though.
You do need to upload the file directly, or an excerpt of the song you are trying to learn yes. If you are solely streaming you'd need to make sure you purchase the song.
I will follow you into the mists of Avalon….if that’s what you mean
Room for two on the white horse. ⚔️
Is it free
Yes it is; like I said, free to download with access to some of the features mentioned and the pro and premium versions unlock much more including hi res audio etc.
Maybe it works better on PC.....because on the Android app it's shit
That’s a shame. iPhone app works just as well as all the other devices for me? Everything up to date your end?
@SpedSpedding ok its not shit it does some things great but still needs work...surely it should know there is 2 guitars going in SUM 41 "the hell song" but there is nothing on the lead channel anyway im sure they will sort it out...nice video 🤘
Better,what IS ‘better’ ?!…
Saul Goodman.
@@SpedSpedding The Importance of of Being Earnest… (free pint)
You could’ve succeeded in Used Car sales
Or telemarketing
I’m going to do a Tier list with the Worst Click bait Guitar Thumbnails
You’ll be repoing for sure
Every YT cliche tick ✅
So what do you think about the app and its features then? I will chuck in a set of car mats if for free if I like your answer.
@@SpedSpedding I respect 🫡 you for juggling the inane YT algorithm hoops and pyramid scheme. Shows a lot of commitment. The same drive you need in the music “industry” .
My fav thumbnails are the “Learn the secret the PROS have known “
Or
“Do this to be faster “ etc
Not aimed at you ,
You seem like a pretty cool dude ,,
But in general I’d say YT guitar /guitar nerds / polyphiana loving rebels
Are about as rock n roll as a soggy sao
And computer game geeks are about 10 times less a____tic
How to be SRV for the 100000000 time yay 🎉
I know what I need to do. Stop effing about with noodling and practice properly.
I hear you. We’re all guilty of that. Good thing about Moises’ features are they’ve got practice in mind. Ability to slow things down, loop sections etc. It really is a great tool.
