    Worldly Judgment: “You people judge according to the flesh” (8:15a)
    The Divine Judge, not condemning: “I am not judging anyone” (8:15b)
    Godly Judgment, always correct: “my judgment is true” (8:16a)
    The Judge in companionship, partnership, unity: “I am not alone in it, but I and He who sent Me” (8:16b)
    7 Actions For Creating and Maintaining Unity (church/family):
    1. Communicate with each other (be honest and open in talking)
    2. Listen to each other with an open mindset (honestly listen and accept other’s words/opinions)
    3. Share responsibilities effectively (ensures everything important gets done)
    4. Assign specific responsibilities (know who does what)
    5. Establish routines (calendar and routine provide expectations and reassurance)
    6. Seek God (source of power and transformation = it’s a God thing)
    7. Enjoy your relationship with each other (find the joy in companionship)
