This can’t bee the only fails this machine has suffered. When I am buying a used machine I don’t look if the Cnc has been crashed, but how hard was the crash
Problem is not Friday 13th, it is the wrapping Angle (Umschlingung). With this Tool and this Ap it cannot work. I guess one only wanted to do some funny youtube Video, no serious cnc - mechanic would programm like that
so to me its looks like a .750" dia , 4 flute with a 4 inch length endmill chaos. Use larger diameter end mill with carbid inserts... then... back to coffee.
This raises the question of, how does someone remove a broken tool from a shrinkfit holder? That piece there is lucky to have something to hold on to. But for some snaps, it breaks all inside. Unless of course, with a shrinkfit holder, you can actually just hold the tool upside down and it would fall out. Never used that holder style at all.
Yes it is. More detailed info of machining will be released further spring at video where we are testing different tool holders with same tool and cutting values.
Meh, I had a 3/4" endmill do that at 10 000 rpm with the door open. I now close the door.
Depth of the cut💯
Dude...... That's coolant looks fucking toxic
Rule # 7 , Don't party the night before and then program .
tell me all the rules mr!

@@bigbob1699 xD its ok i am operator too
I'm sure that exact thing would happen on any day of the year.
It's a joke
@@thecodgod32 You don’t say????
RIP longbois
Bad feed, speed and depth of cut. It's a program error.
someone doesnt know what the hell they are doing... that obvious.
Someone doesnt know how to cam lol

Happens. Seemed to be a bit overly dramatic for what it was.
I think the operator has got free endmill cutters.

Could’ve been worse, could’ve been a completely wrong pallet going into the machine.

We break bits all the time. I’m trying to find videos of the spindles getting bent.
Cause you bent one once?
@@Sketch1994 yes. But it was on manual mode. It wasn’t anything to do with the program.
Oof, might want to re-upload it

I can do that on my Bridgeport. Who needs CNC?
You can snap a bunch of endmills on your bridgeport?
@@RevaeRavus Not since I used all of my Chinese end mills. I used quality Australian made cutters, but have since retired and sold my machinery.
@@robertking3130 you sold your Bridgeport??? It will be the last of my machines I'd sell I love it.
Speed wrong , cutting steps is wrong , tool diameter is too small for this Heavy cutting
Muy buena maquina para tan poco profesional
No wonder...

Remove the pullstud and tap it out when hot.

@@X197ToPlay yeah, obviously?, make sure the holder is hot though.

Why you chip the work piece too deep directly? And on horizontal position using bit?
Or what?
Too much engagement in the corner. The radius should be bigger than the end mill radius to avoid this
