I can still feel Hoseok’s frustration when it happened. But it makes him that much more relatable. No one could’ve pulled off that save as smoothly as he did. He is imperfectly perfect. And this makes me love him even MORE.
Yes, he was very frustrated. I think he was thinking about it for the rest of the night. Probably for a few days. He was perfect, even so. I would have died of embarrassment and wouldn't have been able to keep dancing.
This shows why hobi is the backbone of their performance. Everything becomes easy in a group, if there's someone who could take the lead. Namjoon said it truthfully, hobi is like the second leader of the group.
I really admire the way J Hope being a full package of energy booster of the group. I mean... look how everything got a little more energetic after he arrives and how everyone really want him to lead them in the choreos. I always wonder how he looks so tireless and always ready to do it one more time and one more time. He gathers others also with him being a vitamin or... also can say a booster. their hardship while rehearsing made me adore them, jk and jhope having a covid and jin being injured. that's one of their struggles to gave us a perfect performance, im beyond proud of you BTS. I love you

V tested positive on Feb 12th 2022, declared negative on Feb 20th 2022. BTS held PTD Seoul on Mar 10th - 13th, 2022 and V definitely there on the stage together with the others. Jin's fingers got injured on Mar 18th 2022, Jhope tested positive on Mar 23rd 2022, meanwhile JK tested positive on Mar 29th 2022. If we see their rehearsal before they went to LA, there were 3 peoples backed up by the dancers = Jhope, Jin, and V. Jhope tested positive, Jin got injured, but i don't know with V. V has a lot of peoples who loves him inside this fandom, his ship with the others also the biggest among others. No need to say something that could triggered a war between us, armys.

it’s just so fascinating how they did SO well bc this choreography isn’t easy. plus jungkook and hobi only had ONE day to practice properly having just recovered from covid. they’re truly amazing i cant describe the amount of love and respect i have for them 🥹🫶
This made me so emotional. Their professionalism, and their love for each other. They worked so hard. It brought back the disappointment that they didn't win on the night, but also served to remind me how much I love and admire these "seven normal guys from Korea". 💜💜💜
Hobi don't worry, it was a small mistake, most viewers didn't notice during the live performance. And honestly, I saw it immediately, but, I was mostly impressed by how fast you recovered. Your reflexes and fast reactions always impress me! I'm also glad you didn't got hurt, that would have been upsetting. Your presence during the dance break was outstanding, and your members missed you and your helpful guidance. We're glad you all could make it!

I really felt for jhope here, he seemed really disappointed with himself he tripped. But he saved himself well and even though he was shaky you wouldn't have known, he did it all perfect. He's so amazing, they all are. Love them 💜💜
Watching the behind the scenes makes me realize just how much stress was involved with this. These boys never cease to amaze me. The performance was stellar. (To have two out for covid and Jin to have gotten hurt and to still have that level of performance... They are amazing!)
Exactly!! They are extraordinary! I missed them!! What I'm gonna do without them in shows and all??? I hope and pray that They will be exempt! I will surely travel to Korea to see them if there is a concert this year! I think a lot of people will travel....
Exactly, the stress was clearly visible on their faces especially on the last day when jk and hope came.. but their teamwork is something beyond..the dedication they had always held literally amazes me everytime.. they were successful in putting a great performance!!

I love watching the behind the scenes clips, shows how much work and attention to details BTS puts into everything they do. They didn't get much time to rehearse on the Grammy stage but, no one would guess that bc they were perfect!!💜
Seriously, Bangtan's professionalism and showmanship is MINDBLOWING. Throughout this whole rehearsal process the pressure was so palpable, with all these complications outside of their control. Even just watching from afar you can tell how stressfull it was for them - Seokjin injured, Hobi absent as the performance leader, JK and Tae just recovered from sickness...and they still stood their ground, kept going, kept practicing, with that icredible attention to detail and perfectionism. They kept encouraging each other, giving each other support, both mentally and on stage. And boy did they NAIL IT! I watched the show live and BTS' performance was hands down the most spectacular. They are truly world class performers. No trophy in the world will ever do them justice. I'm so proud of them.
This will definitely remain as the ICONIC 'Butter' performance! It is unparallel and kudos to the choreographer for such an exceptional choreography. 19:08 "We're going to try and write history today." You all did it Hobi!
You know I think J Hope showed just how much of a professional he is when he tripped and it he kept going like it wasn’t anything. I was so happy he didn’t fall and still managed to get where he needed to be. The performance was so fantastic that one little thing shows how difficult the choreography really was and it makes me appreciate them even more! Great job guys!!

I can see what Jimin was walking about, when Jin isn't there with them, and I could see it when J-hope was absent as well, I kept feeling like something is missing, it's like they can't function normally when one of the members is gone. It really makes me appreciate how hardworking they are, seeing how they were able to give us such an amazing performance despite having even less opportunity to practise than normal.
100% agreed!! it reminded me of (a much shorter version of) when yoongi was recovering from his surgery and they were promoting BE, and even though their performances were still so high quality you could FEEL his absence and how deeply they missed him. bangtan is seven, bangtan will always be seven
@fa he got COVID the week before the Grammy performance, so he had to stay quarantined in Korea before he could travel while the rest of the members were in Las Vegas. He only managed to recover and make it out there for a day of rehearsals before the event, which is why he wasn’t in all the practice videos, just the last one and the dress rehearsal. So he barely got a chance to practice with the group, and to practice the new 6-member choreo arrangements that were made after Jin’s injury. That plus having been on bed rest with COVID the week before, it’s amazing he did so well. He’s such a professional, immense skill and dedication, and I really wish he could go easier on himself for the tiny slip-up (I didn’t notice it at all during the performance!) I know part of his (and their) success is due to his relentless perfectionism when it comes to dance & performance, but it’s also so hard to watch sometimes. I can’t help but think of his new single MORE: “I’m still not enough” 😔 he truly is “doing it all” and I wish he could feel like he’s enough 💜
It’s understandable because Hobi has more pop/hip hop dance background so Jimin was outside of his comfort zone but Jimin is also very hard on himself. It was a great performance especially with the circumstances they were in and they truly outdid themselves.
Bts did their performance so perfectly, even in rehearsals. I respect them so much as artists. They're always going the extra mile to better their performance when they always do.
This is the first time I've became a fanatic of a boyband! Only BTS convinced me to be part of their ARMY! They never failed to make us happy with their performances! NO AGE LIMIT with this group which is AMAZING! They never limit their selves and go beyond from what's being expected. Thank you BTS for an EXCELLENT Job! We love you so much! - The ARMY 🥰
This was such a true example of how professional, hardworking and talented a team they are. With all of the groups unexpected and unplanned deviations to the plan to make this performance happen, an unfamiliar stage, backup team, etc., and little time to become completely comfortable with the intended goal, they wowed the crowd of performers and showed them what “at the top of your game” means. Raised the bar again guys, your influence in the industry is strong. Well done!

We are our own worst critic. The part where J-Hope was feeling bad about almost tripping when they were watching the performance afterwards...to be honest, I have watched their Grammy's performance many times, and I never saw that he did that. I thought they all did a wonderful job. And there are a lot of us who also feel that they won in our hearts, too.

I've always known somewhere in my head that over the past decade BTS has grown not only as people who are family to one another but also as artists. However, actually seeing it in motion is a very different feeling. The way jimin took charge in hobi's absence and rm kept giving inputs, tae keeping calm even tho he had to make many last minute changes, jin not being able to perform and yet giving his best, suga making sure the choreography and beats were on point, jungkook catching up damn quickly and hoseok coming on the last day and making everything go smoothly - all of this just showcases their growth over the last few years and I'm damn proud of each one of them! Hobi had Covid at the time, which is why he joined the guys later, and therefore by a small hair there was no accident during the Grammys when he stumbled at the beginning of the show. But luckily it all worked out and the performance was one of the best ☺☺☺💜

I knew they pulled it off because I watched it live and it was spectacular. But seeing the other end of it seemed really stressful😅 I thoroughly enjoyed watching the behind the scenes though and it makes me appreciate the hard-work and effort they go through even more :)

Gosh, their determination is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. Honestly, most acts would have just declined their performance. BTS pushed through every obstacle in their path. Their performance was spectacular and hands down the performance I’ve seen in also a 2 decades on the Grammys. Tbh I’m personally still upset they were overlooked yet again but what’s for you will be for you. Their performance will be talked about for many decades to come. I’m so proud of you 7 let’s continue to RUN together.

it’s just so fascinating how they did SO well bc this choreography isn’t easy. plus jungkook and hobi only had ONE day to practice properly having just recovered from covid. they’re truly amazing i cant describe the amount of love and respect i have for them 🥹🫶
and it ended up being the best performance of the night too, they're so amazing I'm always in awe

Hobi don't worry, it was a small mistake, most viewers didn't notice during the live performance. And honestly, I saw it immediately, but, I was mostly impressed by how fast you recovered. Your reflexes and fast reactions always impress me! I'm also glad you didn't got hurt, that would have been upsetting. Your presence during the dance break was outstanding, and your members missed you and your helpful guidance. We're glad you all could make it!

Watching the behind the scenes makes me realize just how much stress was involved with this. These boys never cease to amaze me. The performance was stellar. (To have two out for covid and Jin to have gotten hurt and to still have that level of performance... They are amazing!)

I love watching the behind the scenes clips, shows how much work and attention to details BTS puts into everything they do. They didn't get much time to rehearse on the Grammy stage but, no one would guess that bc they were perfect!!💜

Seriously, Bangtan's professionalism and showmanship is MINDBLOWING. Throughout this whole rehearsal process the pressure was so palpable, with all these complications outside of their control. Even just watching from afar you can tell how stressfull it was for them - Seokjin injured, Hobi absent as the performance leader, JK and Tae just recovered from sickness...and they still stood their ground, kept going, kept practicing, with that icredible attention to detail and perfectionism. They kept encouraging each other, giving each other support, both mentally and on stage. And boy did they NAIL IT! I watched the show live and BTS' performance was hands down the most spectacular. They are truly world class performers. No trophy in the world will ever do them justice. I'm so proud of them.

You know I think J Hope showed just how much of a professional he is when he tripped and it he kept going like it wasn’t anything. I was so happy he didn’t fall and still managed to get where he needed to be. The performance was so fantastic that one little thing shows how difficult the choreography really was and it makes me appreciate them even more! Great job guys!!

I can see what Jimin was walking about, when Jin isn't there with them, and I could see it when J-hope was absent as well, I kept feeling like something is missing, it's like they can't function normally when one of the members is gone. It really makes me appreciate how hardworking they are, seeing how they were able to give us such an amazing performance despite having even less opportunity to practise than normal.

@fa hobi tested positive for covid just before they were due to fly to the US so he couldn't join them until the day before
@fa he got COVID the week before the Grammy performance, so he had to stay quarantined in Korea before he could travel while the rest of the members were in Las Vegas. He only managed to recover and make it out there for a day of rehearsals before the event, which is why he wasn’t in all the practice videos, just the last one and the dress rehearsal. So he barely got a chance to practice with the group, and to practice the new 6-member choreo arrangements that were made after Jin’s injury. That plus having been on bed rest with COVID the week before, it’s amazing he did so well. He’s such a professional, immense skill and dedication, and I really wish he could go easier on himself for the tiny slip-up (I didn’t notice it at all during the performance!)
I know part of his (and their) success is due to his relentless perfectionism when it comes to dance & performance, but it’s also so hard to watch sometimes. I can’t help but think of his new single MORE: “I’m still not enough” 😔 he truly is “doing it all” and I wish he could feel like he’s enough 💜

It’s understandable because Hobi has more pop/hip hop dance background so Jimin was outside of his comfort zone but Jimin is also very hard on himself. It was a great performance especially with the circumstances they were in and they truly outdid themselves.

We are our own worst critic. The part where J-Hope was feeling bad about almost tripping when they were watching the performance afterwards...to be honest, I have watched their Grammy's performance many times, and I never saw that he did that. I thought they all did a wonderful job. And there are a lot of us who also feel that they won in our hearts, too.

I've always known somewhere in my head that over the past decade BTS has grown not only as people who are family to one another but also as artists. However, actually seeing it in motion is a very different feeling. The way jimin took charge in hobi's absence and rm kept giving inputs, tae keeping calm even tho he had to make many last minute changes, jin not being able to perform and yet giving his best, suga making sure the choreography and beats were on point, jungkook catching up damn quickly and hoseok coming on the last day and making everything go smoothly - all of this just showcases their growth over the last few years and I'm damn proud of each one of them! Hobi had Covid at the time, which is why he joined the guys later, and therefore by a small hair there was no accident during the Grammys when he stumbled at the beginning of the show. But luckily it all worked out and the performance was one of the best ☺☺☺💜

@@bts_fan_rkive seeing them anxious and nervous about the performance because of all of the obstacles they had to go through (with JK and Hobi having Covid and Jin with his finger/hand) made me feel nervous about it as well on their behalf. I knew they pulled it off because I watched it live and it was spectacular. But seeing the other end of it seemed really stressful😅
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the behind the scenes though and it makes me appreciate the hard-work and effort they go through even more :)

Gosh, their determination is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. Honestly, most acts would have just declined their performance. BTS pushed through every obstacle in their path. Their performance was spectacular and hands down the performance I’ve seen in also a 2 decades on the Grammys. Tbh I’m personally still upset they were overlooked yet again but what’s for you will be for you. Their performance will be talked about for many decades to come. se me hizo chiquito el corazón cuando jimin le dijo a jin "te necesitamos para que bts esté completo, sin ti estamos incompletos" y es bastante conmovedor que un grupo se tenga demasiado afecto sin importar qué. No hay dudad que los siete fueron hechos uno para el otro, ese día lo hicieron maravilloso y estoy muy orgullosa de ello.
