That thing let's it fly. Sure hope the pto unit holds up for you. I'm sure it will be fine. Hey I had to back it up a couple times shawn said something.
Nice looking cows .. I’m a big fan of the Simmental .. my father an i farmed Simmental with an easy calving charlois bull an the colours came out nice an light cream colours an white ones an do they ever grow fast An sell well !!
That processor can really cover an area quick. 👍🏻👍🏻 Shaun really talks too much on camera.😁😆😅🤣 The girls looked happy laying in the fresh bedding with 💩 mountain there to block the wind. 👍🏻👍🏻🍻🍻 Thanks for sharing there Tyson. 🍻🍻
Got family that are dairy farmers.Son in law runs down one sided manager with feed. Follow right behind with processor and shoot straw over the feeding cows backs. Feed and perfectly bed 150 dry cows in 15 min. Me and my back sure wish i'd thought of that!

Man that spreader make life easyer .
Nice to see the cows enjoying the straw bed. That processor is sure the cat's meow, good job Shawn !
Bale processors are a life saver. I wouldn’t go without one now.

Admire your cow herd, and they way you look after them. Nice job.
Thanks 👍
Always enjoy watching fresh bedding for the cattle.
watching your videos brings back good memories of our mix farm operation
That's awesome!
Man how I use to struggle with frozen straw bales. Those were the days. One of the reasons I got out of cattle. Enjoy your videos. Cheers
I like the way that Hightline shoots that straw way out there. Thanks for the video.

That is a hell of an implement. I need something like that for spreading erosion control mulch.
They actually use it in those situations I have seen
Wow it really spreads the straw out very nicely!
Doesnt take em long to figure out their new bed Tyson.... they sure do like it
That is a good machine makes work a lot easier like how good you guys take care of the cows
Nice video .It would be nice to see your saw mill in action .I have a portable saw mill and always nice to see others in action .
Should be soon
Man that tractor is sounding good
Always nice to see the spreader in action
That Cummins sounds good in that tractor.
I like the cummins
Hey Ryan
That bale processor works great Tyson. Make short work of a round bale!!!
If he brought one over on the forks each trip, he could get six done quicker and save a trip. Great job Shawn!
*True story*
Probably a visibility issue driving among the cattle

Very good video thanks for the video and your time to do the video
And thank you for watching
Chit ya we rolled bales out by hand for many years when I was a kid!! Makes ya stronger and creates character lol
This is amazing. New bed for the cows
and they can even eat the bed.

Yea we have some rocky ground im sure its picked up some.. and even roots and sticks to
The spread on the is impressive. Field in Michigan
Quite the machine. I've never seen one before. Works great. Keep up the good videos.
Thanks, will do!
How do you get wrap off a bail that has been grabbed by a grapple? LOL we actually use grapple and Spears on a bi-directional
You can put it on the ground first and then take it off to
Holy molly Shawn spoke!

Hey I had to back it up a couple times shawn said something.
lol he did
Just a quick question, why don't you push the muck pile into a wind break? Or have you?
It is... you cant even feel any wind from the west!!
Much faster than a pitch fork!

Impressive machine for sure! It takes an impressive amount of power as well...
!00 small square bales of straw when I was a kid 60s and 70s, hard way to bed cattle

That shredder really fires the straw. I heard about a guy who poked a cow in the guts years ago with a spear during a snow storm
haha... high Loaders save lives.....
Nice....
I have a bale king processor witch thous it out the other side , works great tho
The new ones they make now all discharge out the right hand side
So, does the Corona alert mean"Better head to the beer store"??
we grind net wrap and twine through our vermeer shreder
Good job Tyson

Nice big loader on it
what did you cut on the mill
Nothing... just went to pick it up to put in the shop to tune it up
Did we just hear Shawn talk?.... It is Christmas after all.
Cows looking nice and big and tasty :)
Boy that machine dies a swell job of spreading straw!! Probly can feed with it too? Would be just as good as a tub ground hay I bet...
Yea..my second last video is of it feeding
Northern farmer 10-4 !!
Spreading the straw that thick must keep the manure from sticking to the dirt. Makes it easier to clean, wouldn't you say?
We like it to freeze hard first... then the thick straw will keep it frozen... and it works good like that for after
Nice spot for them
You get a coronavirus alert on your phone? Does it tell you to mask up?
what part of alberta are you guys I have family 4 hours north of edmonton heading to the peace
Im just south of Peace river

How many acres do you farm

Did you see the new bale king it can carry three bales at a time lol
No I didnt
👍👍
G'day mate
Idk of anyone that takes twine or netwrap off of the bales they send thru the bale shredder, get yourself a hotknife thing & it's easy to take off
Well they should. It's 10 times easier to take it off the bale. People are just lazy
@@Northern_Farmer I'll agree to disagree, get one of those hotknives & it's way faster, what province or state are you from though ?
@@jfriesen1975 why would you want cows to eat the shredded wrap...I find lots of it in the hay when you don't take the wrap off
@@jfriesen1975 I'm in Alberta
Never removed twine ever. Just cut it off the drum every 30 or so.
Spreading that old straw reminds me of shoveling barley that got rained on out of the bin. Can't see what you're doing.
Now the cows just need a freestall barn
Keep them coming
Why doesn’t he carry a third bale in on the forks
Usually does but he decided not to that time
If only a bale processor would fit in the loading shed.... Or we had a lot bigger barn that was clear span👍👌
