  • Welcome to our review of Retro by Voltaggio, the latest addition to Mandalay Bay Las Vegas! As avid fans of the talented Voltaggio brothers, who we've admired on Top Chef, we were thrilled to finally dine at one of their remarkable establishments.
Throughout our visit, we made sure to capture numerous photographs showcasing the stunning ambiance of the restaurant, as well as every delectable dish that graced our table. Prepare to be enthralled as we take you on a culinary journey, starting with the intriguing Jungle Juice group cocktail, followed by an extraordinary twist on the classic Caprese salad. Indulge in the heavenly flavors of lobster thermidor and savor the unforgettable taste of the best broccoli dish you'll ever encounter. And that's not all! We'll also be sharing our experience of a truly unique cookies & cream dessert, along with many other delightful surprises.
While we weren't able to personally meet Bryan or Michael Voltaggio, our overall experience at Retro by Voltaggio was nothing short of exceptional. We are delighted to have the opportunity to share this unforgettable experience with all of you.
