Those type of coaches are normally used to transport cars and Motorbikes from factory to dealers all over the country. They are freight cars only, but converted from passenger coaches, considering the cargo are high value consumer products ( automobiles). All seating arrangements will have been removed and it will have provisions for securing the cargo safely. They may carry other sensitive cargo as well. But they can't carry the same weight that regular freight cars can carry though.
we can do one thing modernize all the trains but keep such 5-10 trains for heritage travelling just for nostalgia and stuff
