26:20 great shot. Thats how these should look!
Want to do the same to my Bronco Sport Big Bend also when I get the money...thanks for the tire size....cool video
From that site where they got that lift, it's inexpensive
Nice video! Very interesting! Enjoyed watching this. Appreciate you sharing!
Thanks for watching!!
Isn’t what you trimmed one of the pinch words for the unibody? Looking to do the lift and love the sandstone beige one but worry about structural issues. Thanks!
Q: in the beginning you said you're not putting the wheel spacers. At the end there's the tire rubbing. Would the spacers have been there for that reason?
Maybe. We still had to alter the wheel well a little.
The urge to make a ford joke is beyond killing me! 😅
😂😂
Great video! Thank you for going through lift kit process step by step. If I decide to stay with stock 225/65/17 (just get all terrain) do I still need to remove the lip from the struts ? Thanks! Big fan of your videos .
Thanks for liking our video. If you put the same lift on yes I would cut it.
Do the tires rub offroading?
On that site where you got that lift from why is the badlands lift smaller, isn't it because its already have a factory lift?. 2.25 in lift was for the other sport lines
I’m not sure on that! Might would be good to call them.
What make, model, and size of the tire?
225/65/r17 tires I can't tell which ones but they look like Goodrich, general, or Toyo.
At 21:45, Toyo, Open Country AT3 LT245/75/R17
Equivalent to 9.5x31.
At the end he said a little smaller, 31's would have been better for rubbing and not having to cut away. 21:48 21:48
Thanks for the video.
Will this void the warranty?
Not 100% sure. It would be worth reaching out to your dealer to ask
How hard will this be on the chassis? Seems not good for long term dependability
The lift is so small it doesn't damage or significantly change the suspension or the chassis.
If you're really concerned about rollover and other suspension issues with a lift on yours, some lift kits come with sway bars.
You can also buy a N3 shock lift from rough country but it's quite expensive.
