Beautiful restoration. May have an easier time selling now that Lightfoot is on the way out. We'll see who replaces her. As for former Playboy Mansion, I'd like to see some of the ghosts in this place.

Beautiful interiors. The only room I dislike is the kitchen, way too small. If I was spending millions on a home, it better have a large kitchen with lots of windows.
