Thank you for this video! I purchased from Eiechip on Aliexpress some boards XL4015 5A for charging a lithium battery with two resistors and the output voltage is adjustable but the output current is not following the process shown in your video @ 4:20! Which component could be defective on these boards? The same issue with all 5 boards I purchased.

I tried charge de litiun batery with 12.6v and 500mA but the coil of this board warming up very fast. I tried with 150mA and warming continue.

No. At 1:09 he has rectified and filtered ac to dc. That's a full-bridge rectifier.
