🌸🌸🌸 Oh my heart be still!……No mention of REAL Christmas movies!! Holiday Inn, The Christmas Carol (any version), Die Hard and White Christmas!!!! Favorite version of Little Women is def the OG version with Elizabeth Taylor. Things is watch when “ho ho ho-ing” (Christmas Eve prep) are the Vatican mass (love the little kids choir etc) and Christmas Carol AND bottled Starbucks frapps!! Favorite Christmas song is Oh Holy Night by Josh Groban……makes me tear up every time ! Mariah Carey, no comment…..Thanks for sharing, lovely video 🌸🌸🌸
Top Christmas movies for me are Home Alone, Elf, It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story and my favorite National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. For a chick flick I recommend 12 Dates of Christmas. It's a little cheesy but I enjoy it year after year. (Same theme as Ground Hog Day). ❤❤

Movie: If you have younger kids, absolutely you need to watch Curious George “A Very Monkey Christmas.” That show and the holiday specials are very cleverly written and funny.
Albums: Nat King Cole’s Christmas albums are the favorites for my family, as well as The Chieftains’ “Bells of Dublin.”

❤❤ Heck Yes!!!! I saw Newsies in the movie theater and was OBSESSED with Christian Bale!!! I have to say that White Christmas is one of my favorite Christmas Movies! You cant lose with Rosemary Clooney, Danny Kay, And Bing Crosby! I also am a big fan of the Muppets, They were a major part of my childhood (i'm 46), and I love the Muppets Crisymas Carol, and a Muppet Family Christmas ( which Combines All the jim henson muppets together, Sesame street, fraggles, and the classic muppets). I'm also a big fan of the John Denver Muppet Album called A Christmas Together, We had the Record Album of it When I was a kid, and for me it is the epitome of christmas! I actually have the CD of it that i play in the car and my kids also love it! Hope you have a great holiday!

White Christmas, It’s a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, Last Holiday, The Holiday
Three films we never fail to watch are White Christmas, Scrooged and a very hidden gem called Mixed Nuts. It stars Steve Martin and a truly inspired cast: Madeline Kahn, Rita Wilson, Liev Schreiber, Adam Sandler and lots more. We found it on VHS at our library when my daughter was small and everyone we have ever shown it to has become dedicated to it.

I'm in the minority that actually likes the UD Wild Greens palette. It's very soft and perfect colors for every day at the office!
My kids will not help me decorate our Christmas Tree without Chris Isaak's Christmas album playing. It has mostly contemporary songs, so your hubby would not enjoy, but it's very upbeat and my kids sing every word of the album. The beat of the music keeps them sort of dancing around my tree as they decorate it and it's the best to see them all together singing and being nice to each other. Another favorite in our house is a Christmas album by Aaron Neville. My girls love Do you hear what I hear by Whitney Houston. That woman had such a powerful voice. One of my all time favorites is Josh Groban too! Martina McBride Christmas album is a favorite for us as well. Our favorite family Christmas movie is the Grinch, just about any version. I prefer the remake in 2018, but my kids love any version and the Grinch sing by the Whirling Dervishes. O Holy Night is my favorite Christmas song and that Josh Groban can sing it! Mariah is not on our favorite lists either. My parents always enjoyed the Carpenters Christmas albums and I still play them to this day because I grew up listening to them and it makes me feel closer to my parents as I miss them even more this time of the year.

My all-time favorite album is Bare Naked Ladies' Bare Naked for the Holidays. It's funny, irreverent and beautiful at the same time. Other favorites include Pentatonix (I have 3!) , Sia ( a bit dark), and Harry Connick, Jr. Also the soundtrack from The Preacher's Wife (Whitney Houston - say no more.)

I’m like your husband, I prefer traditional Christmas songs like Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, etc. However I do love Mariah Carey’s all I want for Christmas, I do love that song, I make it my ringtone every christmas. I do T like the whole album, just the one song. 😂😂

If I'm just bored and need a shopping boost, I go to TJMaxx and Marshall's first. I've amassed quite a collection of high-end makeup items - and some great brushes! - at not much more than drugstore prices. I love the hunt, and it's way more fun than going to a specific store for specific staples. Thanks for the movie talk Mandy - my favorite is Home for the Holidays, actually a Thanksgiving movie - Robert Downey Jr. at his coke-fueled, high energy best! He's redeemed himself now, and you'll never see that intensity from him anywhere else!
I do the same thing, lol. TJ Maxx 1st then Marshall's. I've found some great haircare and skincare products at both (makeup of course). I had this palette in my hands last month but decided before heading to the checkout that I really didn't need it so back it went. Looks like I made the right decision because the shades she used barely showed up on her skin tone which means it wouldn't have on mine 🤷♀️ BTW, Home For The Holidays is one of my favorite movies. No matter the time of yr once it hits HBO, SHO, etc I watch it over and over again, lol. It's such a great movie. Best line is when the Aunt Gladys says what her necklace is made out of. I bust a gut every single time, lol...
Same ...most of my collection is from TJ Maxx and Marshalls as well. I bought oodles of Zoeva brushes from there.

I'm glad I didn't buy straight from their site again because I was able to see the actual tones in the palettes that I thought I'd like. Turns out there was only one that I did like. I also found a 9pc eye brush set for $7.99. So glad I bought it because they work perfectly for my hooded lids. A month later I found the same set at Marshall's. I thought it was the same price but it was $9.99. Still, not bad at all for how great those brushes work for me. It's the thrill of the hunt that really gets me, lol...

Oh my gosh I found the Pat McGrath Bridgerton Belle of the Ball palette at TJ Maxx last night! $25!!!
The small blush palette from Bridgerton and body glitter (I think) was there too - not the absurd powder/hat box looking one but it was definitely Bridgerton
There were a few Wild Greens pallets there last night and I actually bought that a few weeks ago - and I live in the boonies so I am thrilled
A Muppet Christmas Carol - so well done - such an awesome message- very charming and Michael Caine is excellent as Scrooge and the heckler guys from the show are SO CREEPY as the ghosts of Marley and Marley (I know they took liberties with making two Marleys but it totally works - sweet songs - great costumes - period piece - perfect
The Barbara Streisand Christmas Album - grew up with it - it can be moody but it’s gorgeous and a lot of fun

Also, as far as albums go, Christmas Eve and Other Stories by Trans-siberian Orchestra is a favorite amongst my family. My 9 year old daughter LOVES it, which is saying something because she's very picky about everything she likes.
I also personally love anything by the Tabernacle Choir. The arrangements are absolutely beautiful. 💖

National Lampoons Christmas Vacation all the way!!!!!!!!!!! For music, the Elvis Christmas album. I don't know which one, but my parents play it :) authentic 1970's vinyl. Has to have Blue Christmas!
I really like the movie the Holiday, one of my all time favorites. I also like Christmas Vacation. I am most likely in the minority but not really a fan of a Christmas Story. I don't mind Christmas music but there are times where I do tire of it and have to change the channel in the car. I do get a charge out of Yule Log though, the TV show that has the fireplace? Not sure why but I have always enjoyed it. I actually do like the Mariah Carey Christmas album, but also totally get and agree that the most famous song on the album is serious overplayed. Good video.

LOVE this UD palette! One of my favorite for everyday wear. Something about the colors just work great for my skin tone. The light green is the most perfect green, love peach fuzz as topper for the green, and light brown for lower lash.

One of my favorite holiday albums is Sarah McLaughlin’s Wintersong - I loved her back in the day and still love this album. It is beautiful and unique and the title song will literally make me teary listening to the words and her voice.
I love the Muppet Family Christmas! "watch the icy patch"! I absolutely love the John Denver Muppet Christmas album....A Christmas Together! Takes me right back to my childhood, We had it on Vinyl and listened to it over and over!
