I have the same headlights on my 93 MR2, I am not impressed with the amount of light they put off. How much light do you fog lights put off to assist the headlights?
How did you wire these into the harness. Could you explain please? I’m trying to do this exact mod on my mr2 but I can’t figure out the wiring part. There is no tutorial on it.
Hey buddy did you have issues with the lights not turning on when you plugged the lights in? Tested the the lights individually but they won’t turn on when plugged into the mr2 harness and headlights turned on.
@@Infinite.phases swap what? I can't find any install info on this from Morimoto or The Retrofit Source where I bought them. try searching Sealed beam6 and it pulls up round headlights
don't forget to get your headlights aimed. They probably put out a lot more light than the stock headlights, but if they're not aimed properly you'll blind other drivers, or not have the visibility you should because the light is landing too close to the car. Since these have a high beam built in, the easiest way would be to find a completely level section of a parking lot, and aim the headlights directly forward.
Where did you buy these? Looking for lighting for my 87 MR2. They look great!
Try theretrofitsource.com
Got any more info on the install? Where the buckets were cut or the wiring? I’m working on my 1992 Celica Alltrac

You have to swap the wires around with the Mr2 harness. Isn’t direct plug and play.

No. Needs modifications to fit the mr2
@@Infinite.phases do you just have to trim the bracket and drill new holes? what sort of modifications are we talking about here?
