I thought both designs were great! You could always tell your general thoughts of the book itself if you need to fill air time. I kinda want to see either you redesigning painfully obvious self made covers like Empress Theresa or your subscribes send you made up titles and you design the cover based on that (kinda like what you did with the pop songs video)

I think Stephen King books tend to have really bad covers personally. Considering I like his books it's something that irritates me lol.
