Review of my tools and my old friend the Stonfo Transformer

I received many times questions about the materials I use to ty flies. Here my best effort:) in English and Spanish and a video about that. I began My channel here on UA-cam because of that. Transformer vise one of the best pieces of kit out there!!! Value wise probably the best in the market.

Yes it is!! I use it everyday and have tied thousands of flies on it. He is still like new:)

I have the Petitjean Master and the Stonfo Transformer.... the Stonfo is a nicer vice to use, but I love the function of the Petitjean where you can clamp to the table and angle the vice towards you.... now if stonfo could make an attachment that did that, the Transformer would be unrivalled, IMO.

Yes Stonfo Tranformer is the best vice in the marked! Due some health and private issue I have stopped my collaboration with almost all the brands. Take contact with themes with an email or a dm in Instagram, Stonfo is a very serious brand with fantastic people and I am sure that you will receive an answer. I know from before that they have one that you can combine and clamp to the table. I don’t have my Instagram account or Facebook longer, ( I can’t do that for you) so you just need to send a DM to their account on Instagram. Great that you like the Stonfo, I have tied many thousands of flies with and after several years it work like the first day:)
