Allah gives your health back brother, Allah gives you whatever you desire deeply in your heart without question.

Try to get get pure Zamzam water and drink it every day and pray to Allah Almighty after drinking it.
Try to eat healthy foods and avoid the junk food and fizzy drinks.
Eat organic fried eggs, make sure you use organic butter only.
Avoid everything that has white sugar, white flour and white rice. Try to eat two meals a day only with no snacking in between.
Go for a walk before sunrise for minimum 20 minutes and an hour during the day whenever possible.

If those brothers and sisters who are in trades or have hobbies like fishing that are willing to sacrifice teaching these brothers and sisters these activities for the sake of Allah of DUNYAH
Just note while your fishing or doing your job you can pass away anytime
Imagine teaching these activities to a lost child or brethren and they make duaa for you and teach others and ask they make duaa for you because you helped them to a better life
It’s all dunya that will
