I always want to encourage health here on my channel. Once a year i get my blood test to keep an eye on things just the same as you would with your car. THE RESULTS are in from my latest blood tests, my aim is to be honest with you and share how i deal with health holistically giving you confidence to do the same!

@@alessandrarosa I try to pay close attention to detail. In your videos I have noticed something about Stefania's personality. She seems like the kind of person, who is curious. I hope you have a good day or night. I'm going to take a nap, and then after that, I got some videos and a TV show I'm going to watch. It's Saturday here, and after spending 8 hours on my feet for 5 days a week, I like to be lazy on the weekend. I've been using the internet as a social platform for 21 years now. In that time I've talked to lots of Women, and a few guys. I think out of all of them, you and Stefania are probably THE BEST two I have ever met! I have never given anyone so many heart emojis, as I've given you two. Thank you for the kindness you two have shown me! 🥰

It's funny how you guys are fine with the extreme cold in Poland, but when it's cold in England it's terrible😂. Or is it the gloominess that gets you down?

So happy your results came back good. It's totally un necessary that you have to travel to Poland to do the preventative test . I did lots of test from India ( we Indians do as a preventative measure) and showed it to my GP as I have high numbers on different things . First reaction was why did you do it ? They were furious and told me we don't look at those things and did their typical test to prove wrong . People who say NHS is free is wrong we all pay taxes towards NHS .
Thank you so much :) Yes it makes sense doesn't it. The uk healthcare is the strangest thing! Wow i had exactly the same response from my GP - he refused to look at the tests and said he had to do his own, which i think he pretended to do. When i asked for the results he didn't give them to me and just said everything is fine. Why would any health care practitioner be furious or angry about looking at their patients results? Very strange!You don't get anything in this life for free...

Hi, I’m curious what Stefania changed in her diet for treating polycystic ovaries. I have the same problem, my menstrual cycle comes several times a year and i don’t know exactly how to solve this problem, the pills prescribed by the doctor didn’t work and i was thinking of changing my lifestyle. Can you tell me what helped Stefania to restore her menstruation and get rid of the polyps on her ovaries? Thank you and sorry if i am intruding 😅
Use castor oil packs on your belly. Works miracles.

You two amaze me, how you are able to keep track of all different healthy things your doing. 16:37 I feel like I should be praying for Stefania. I understand what it is like to have many health issues do deal with. I will keep Stefania in my thoughts and prayers, I hope she can get over some of this stuff soon. 🥰 As you already know, I always tell you, you look beautiful. Instead of saying that over and over again, I will say I like. I like 23:07. I like 24:22. I like 25:39. I like 27:21. My favorite: 29:32 😄 41:18 I never seen one of them! Aw thank you so much, I think i prefer it so maybe it was a sign for the other one to break :) Poland are in general a more efficient country i suppose! We have had a lot of practise weve been like this for nearly 20 years! Thank you, Stefania is healing herself but yes it frustrating and uncomfortable when your body isn't in balance. Check your thyroid and adrenal glands. My thyroid was out of whack which caused excessive bleeding. You can take an adaptogen to get your adrenal glands in order. Remember the hormone tests will vary based on your cycle time.
Thank you so much for this! I do get my thyroids checked yearly - all come back perfect :) Yes I am aware you have to check the results to your cycle. I have the doctor look at them too. At the moment it's my progesterone that is still slightly too high xx
Dr. Mindy Pelz is good to watch on UA-cam. She talks a lot about diet and hormones.

Hi there
Has Stefania looked into possibly buying a Dermalux Flex? I bought one two years ago and it treats so many things including eczema. My Husband had terrible skin issues and used it three times a week and it transformed his skin. There are lots of LED masks around but the Dermalux is much more powerful. It might not be right but just wanted to share incase it could help.

Its amazing. Anti ageing but also has the medical side to it too. You can use it on your face but then take it out of the holder so to speak and lay it on your body. I do my face, décolletage and hands xx

Jak to mówią ; w zdrowym ciele , zdrowy duch . Te wszystkie egzemy to efekt życia przez dłuższy czas w sterylnych warunkach . Powiem przekornie ; trochę brudu też jest potrzebne by nasz układ odpornościowy miał kontakt z różnymi wirusani, bakteriami i uodpornił się . Tak działają wszystkie szczepionki . Nie wiem czy miałaś kiedyś grypę jelitową co nikomu nie życzę ( WC trzeba mieć w zasięgu 2 metrów bo można nie zdążyć ) , ale jak raz się to przeszło to już jest się na ten szczep uodpornionym , problem że są dwa szczepy .
i've started using organic castor oil in an amber glass bottle, and it helps with skin issues for me and many people. it's rather thick but it's do-able, i just love it. i hope Stefania's issues clear up. you both really thrive in Italy , don't you - all that sun and landscape and delicious everything! i do hope one day you'll be able to be there permanently
