I love you guys!! Thank you for putting out such a great product. I remember back in 2006-2007 I had bought a pair of headphones to use on-air as a radio personality. They sadly broke. I called customer support…they said “Oh no…sorry that happened. We are going to send you a new pair! We can’t be having that!” In that moment…you had a customer for life. Thank you 🙏🏽 Love my new earbuds!
Switched from my over-ear Skull Candy Crusher Wireless to the Push Actives. Hard to beat that sound but Crushers were causing my ears to get too hot and sweaty. Love my Push Actives. Accidentally ran them through the washing machine 😬. Threw them in a bag of rice for a few hours and, boom! Back in business! That said, when using them during a workout, especially lying flat on a bench or walking/running on a treadmill, finding myself giving them a quick shove back in my ear to tighten the seal with my ear to fully enjoy the sound. Otherwise, they sound a bit flat. Had to try all 3 gummies that came in the box to find the best fit and it’s still not quite perfect. Do not, however, have to worry about them falling out. Great product, would recommend to others.

Crushers are my fav. But I've had these for like 2 months and I keep having to re pair it at least once while using it
I've tried resetting my earbuds due to connecting issues and have followed the required steps 36 times, but they still won't pair to each other properly

My right headphone is showing only blue light, even putting it in the case and taking it out still a blue light, what does it mean?
Turning off outside the case instructions were unclear - it says press two times and hold for 1 second but pressing two times and holding the second press for 1 second enters pairing mode (which is what the instructions sound like). The real method is press three times and hold the third press down for 1 second.

It’s not it’s press twice and hold then release it worked for mine, pressing twice and holding for longer then one second activates pairing mode

What is the other end of the charging cable called? Never seen it before The end that plugs into the case is familiar to me. The other end I've never seen
The damn headsets just dont turn off when I put them back in the case. Everytime I try playing audio on my phone, it keeps connected to the headset which is still within device. How do I fix this?

I just got these today in the ash grey and blue colour! (they didn't have the dark blue and greens in canada) and I was wondering when the PC edition of the Skull IQ app will be released? I'd love to control my music hands free with voice control from my PC! it would be so ideal for my audiobooks that way!
Got mines a week ago, yesterday the right earbud never turn on again, It only turns on in the case, I can hear it playing but as soon I take it off the case it turns off

I have the Dime and they have THE BEST connectivity of all earbuds I have used, including Sennheiser IE 100 PRO and other expensive ones from Jabra. I don't like the fit and the controls though, but for 40USD they are crazy good. I will try these, and if they too are good I will swear by Skullcandy.
My push active left earbud is charging but won’t turn on there isn’t any debris or gunk of any kind covering the charger ports of the case or the ear bud itself how to do get the ear bud to actually turn on when I pull it out of the case or when I hold the button on the earbud to turn it off

I don't have an issue with pairing. I have an issue with connection once I close the Skullcandy app. Literally every single time i close it I get the "Skullcandy would like to communicate with Skullcandy, inc. Push active." pop up. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the Tile app is telling me that the left bud doesn't have much charge. So, apparently Android users don't need to keep the app open in the background, but ios does. >:(
Why do I have to open the app to turn on voice control? Why can't it just stay on?

2 weeks in and the case won't charge, and I haven't even been rough with them. I've had basic Raycons hold up to more for longer... Thankfully these are well within the return date. I really wanted to like them.

Hello and thank you for the video and also I would like to correct you in a positive way the last 44 hours total BUT! if you use them individually I mean just one hear bug they last longer I do play almost 8 hours a day at work for 5 days and I still have two dots on the charging cases by using just one, so they last a little longer than 44 hours. I am In love with them. I do have many earbugs and headsets apple, beats, boost, clones hearbugs and many others and I got surprise this push active from skullcandy which they are cheaper than some I have bought they are way better, I love them great low price gadget and great sound and a plus its app makes them way better. The charging case really need to be improved I have to keep adjusting my earphones just to get the led light to turn on and stay red so it charges
Its weird like my right earbud wont turn on, but in the case with the lid open it flashes red and that's all it does

These aren't as confusing as people are saying you just have to be half competent. The issue is more people are expecting basic overpriced simple air pod thing.
I am having this issue where i can't get my earbuds to disconnect. I've taken the ear gels off and cleaned the whole thing but they just won't disconnect, even worse is they won't charge

I've had these for less than a week and for one session they worked well together but now I can only get the right side to work, I have googled and tried all kinds of fixes, nothing works, so frustrating, I now officially hate these earbuds and regret buying them.
I'm on my third set of the Push Active's, they keep failing 😂 One side always permanently loses power -_-. Only reason I keep getting them is because warranty lol.
OMG, okay, so one side does lose power! I have been wondering if it was bluetooth issue or connection. I figured that it just wouldn't charge!
I love working out with them. It's so comfy knowing they wont fall off during sets.

I dropped the case twice by accident now the case isn't charging. I've had it for a month
Realistically i give em a 5/10, I started getting loss of sound quality after a few hundred hrs, and one of my earbuds lost a button somehow. And problems with them connecting when not in use and interfering with other Bluetooth devices. Get em on sale for spend extra 20 bucks or so on a nicer pair or earbuds. I definitely regret my 80 dollar purchase.
What happened to them and do they have noise cancellation

Just bought my the Push Active and the vocal command is not working on my Android... I hear the first sound when I say "hey skullcandy" but it doesnt seem to recognize my command ("play", "pause", etc.)... Don't know what to do :(
I have the same problem connecting to my Pixel phone. Exactly same problem with a replacement set.

My left earbud won't even turn off and the button on it doesn't do anything. I've tried resetting but it only resets the right earbud

I had my first pair for a year and a half and the left earbud stopped working. I bought a new pair and not even a month in the left ear bud is fried. Not sure if these are not sweat resistant enough or if it’s just a manufacturing or software issue.
Support is lacking and I don’t want to buy a third pair. Looks like I’m going elsewhere for similar earbuds. They were great while they worked.
My left side won't work either, I'll never buy skullcandy earphones again.
mine too, the right one doesn't work, I tried all the solution like: restart, unpair the device and then repair, clean the eadbuds, update app to the lastest version... the right one even couldn't turn on without staying connect to the charger. I had used these Push Active earbuds for just 4 months and the problems came. Asked the help center and it was unhelpful. Would not buy again. Not worth the money.

I love skull candy and can't get push active to show up. It keeps showing tile and won't allow me to pair.
if you have tile or the skullcandy app installed either disable them or uninstall then try the Bluetooth and pair them before you renable or reinstall the other apps i had to do this worked for me
Why I can only listen to my push active skull candy. Like 6 hours 7 hours instead of 10 hours when I’m listening to the music or playing games

So I've never had this problem before but I'm trying to connect my earbuds to my cell phone. It's saying failed to connect and then it says try to power off your push active then reconnect. There's literally no option for me to turn off "push active." I'm a little bit confused as to what push active is. Is it the headphones itself even though it says Skullcandy on it? I did power those down on and off a bunch of times. I've tried restarting my phone and doing everything else I could think of and I just I'm dumbfounded. The earbuds were working before today.

Are you using different Skullcandy earbuds or the Skullcandy push actives?
Push active is the model name.
I had the same issue initially.. I had to unlink the device in the app, unpair with my Bluetooth, uninstall the app and reinstall.
Then to switch off, press the buttons on earbuds 2 times and then press and hold for a second the 3rd time. The presses have to be in quick successions (This instruction in the video is unclear). Press the button on each bud for one second to switch them on.
Once your buds are switched on pair them with your Bluetooth and you should be able to connect on the app.
The case isnt chraging, its my second case, but it's having the same problem the first one had. I wouldn't trust getting it honestly

My right side has audio n power. My left side just has power but no sound
Unable to reset device. Says it's connected and paired but no sound plays except "sharing audio" and the power on/off tone and voice. It is listed as connected under Bluetooth in computer settings but not under sound options. Tried multiple different reset instructions and never got a purple light, it flashes red/blue and says "ready to pair" or "sharing audio." Would love to figure this out. They are brand new, if anyone knows.
Same issue, just one earbud ix playing. Its either just left or jusyt right. Never both, brand new also

My charging case doesn’t work anymore and I can’t seem to be able to order a replacement. I don’t want to order a whole new set of earbuds because these work fine. I just need the case.

Did you find out? This is the reason I'm here. I don't have iPhone so I just used my regular USB phone charger which fit, but it's been plugged in awhile now and doesn't seem to be doing anything. The 2nd light keeps blinking but won't get to the 3rd or 4th light to show the battery is full

pro tip: if you get sweaty, the gray ear buds are a bad choice. They're kinda brown / yellow ear hooks now....
They're great for music but sound is horrible when talking on the phone.

Looks like some devices are compatible. My device is using bluetooth 5.0 and the earphones are made for 5.2 specs 😭
Idk if you're still wondering, but I saw the same sticker when I got mine. I have android and they still work. The charger that came with it was one that connect to an iPhone charger though, but if you have a regular USB charger, I think it works. I say I think because I plugged them in like an hour or 2 ago and the 2nd light keeps blinking but doesn't seem to be filling up the 3rd and 4th light like it's supposed to. Not sure if they take awhile to charge or something is wrong lol
Just got mine from Amazon today and the box said the same thing. Paired them to my Samsung Note10+ like any regular Bluetooth device without issue. Haven't tried any of the other features yet but I don't think there will be a problem.
@@NYHCx845 I can concur. Mine took a bit to charge, but they did eventually charge and have been using with no issues at all. I actually would reccomend them. The battery life is great and sound good
