Just stumbled across your channel and it's good to see another Ozzy sharing. You mentioned 8 Stack brewing. Our local Home Brew also sells it in Sunbury Vic and I absolutely love it. I have just purchased an All Rounder and am looking forward to testing it out under pressure. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Keith. 8 stacks is based inmy town Traralgon. The owner Damian now has a brewing store in Yarragon not for from me. Thanks for stopping by.

Miracle you had a spare but always nice to show how a brew day can go south but luckily you were able to save it. I'm still not sold on pressure fermentation although I do dry hop under pressure to some degree to maintain aromas.

Have bought myself an All-rounder so will be pressure fermenting the next batch. They seem to be fiddly things with leaks and what not, but keen to play around with it.

They are pretty good once you get through the setup. I really like mine and am thinking of getting an all rounder my self.

Great videos my friend! Just wanted to see if you had a trick for getting the middle funnel and the valve separated. So what I have going on is that I assembled the fermzilla and now I am unable to get them apart. The middle black funnel and the valve spin and not able to separate the two. Unable to hold the middle inside the fermenter section and try to screw the bottom off. I went ahead and screwed the locking ring on to the bottom of the cone. As tight as I could by hand. Put pressure to it and it seems to hold pressure and doesn’t leak. I wanted to completely disassemble and redo the whole setup again to insure I have it together correctly. As well as get it cleaned up. Only issue is now is do I dare try to remove the area I am having issues with. I do t want to ruin a new fermenter. Hope I was able to get what is going on down so you understand what issue I have. Thanks again for the videos.

I bought metal disconnects for fermzilla but the gasket underneath distorts when tightened. No worries with the plastic ones.

      I found that as well

@@SimpleHomeBrew The guy from Kegland says in one of his many UA-cam videos that he too believes that the plastic ones are better.

@@SimpleHomeBrew Nice video. But your title is misleading a bit... you have a quick connect issue, not a blowtie issue. Probably the o-ring. Hope your brew was tasty!
