Then again, Minato and Itachi are Kishimoto’s “we can do anything” characters, so maybe lol.
Sasori does not need to use finger movements to control Sandaime Kazekage. He can choose to control it with the core instead which removes the input lag which would actually make it even faster. He underestimated the kunoichi duo as a hag and a brat, but against the Hokage, I imagine he would pull out all the stops, which might make it more likely for him to nick Minato. Sasori's own body is actually stronger than Sandaime Kazekage as it is stated to be his ultimate puppet. Activating the Mangekyō does not make Itachi stronger. It just improves his genjutsu.
Kushina could probably defeat Itachi if she can avoid Tsukuyomi. Amaterasu does nothing to the Adamantine chain and Orochimaru's sword of Kusanagi can also cut through anything, but was parried by Monkey King Enma's Adamantine form. Her Chains can also wrap around the slow-moving Susanno and suppress its chakra as well. The only counter is Tsukuyomi, if you believe that she couldn't use Mind's Eye of the Kagura which is pretty linked to the Uzumaki line but isn't stated to have access to. I guess you could also claim that Kushina's physical and mental fortitude would be too great to crack as she was able to survive and stay conscious through the Agony of having Kurama removed from her. It is a stretch, but not impossible. Kushina's victory relies on getting past Tsukuyomi. Kushina Stomps Kisame though, he ain't got no counter for the Adamantine chain and is too slow to dodge them at volume.

L video, you heavily downplayed Pain and plugged in a controller for Minato/Kushina yet made Pain act out of character. . Full power Pain is underrated and he’s massively above Sage Mode Naruto. Minato isn’t fighting the paths or Konan one on one. The paths of Pain are the strongest when they fight together. Almighty Push is the perfect counter to Minato attempting to blitz and kill a path. Once they get in formation, they have a perfect defense that Minato can not get around. . Spamming animal summons and Rockets and lasers from the Asura Path. Minato can keep teleporting and dodging but Kushina being there, slows down Minato and forces him to either save her or let her die. . Konan isn’t getting touched as long as the Deva Path is up. That goes for all the other paths of pain as well.
