Hope you feel better soon man. I bought the spiritus LBE kit and I love it, however, I am not happy with my x2 SPUD and x2 tall GP setup at all. I think I'm gonna buy 2 JSTA pouches and put them towards the middle of my body. The 34A holds four mags so I only need to carry two more on top of that. I'd rather have gp stuff on the inside of my torso so I can swing my arms. Also I can move the tall GPs to the strap gap between the buttpack and the 34A panels

appreciate the well wishes man, I am feeling great now! I really want to get a Spiritus LBV kit it is on my list of desired set ups to try out. As a former MK43 gunner I can understand wanting to have everything set up to move your arms better.

Absolutely, the insert is the Lunar concepts JSTA insert.
