This is by far the most well preserved 70´s house I have ever seen. I love every little bit of the old styling and wouldn´t change a thing myself if I was to buy the house, which unfortunately, i´m not.

All I can say is wow. Quintessential Las Vegas home….Best home you have ever toured, according to my style. I hate cooktops in the islands but even that I could get over for this place. Very well done, good job Andrew this place is fantastic.
@8:32...that's an old rose color bathtub...this vintage house is priceless, the owners took care of everything meticulously, they got a taste every corner is jaw-dropping🥀🥀🥀
I liked the outside entryway and enclosed patio plus the landscaping, (other than the poisonous oleander), instead of simply spread gravel. I also liked the backyard, pool and room for customization. The Inside was unique, I almost expected to see round beds on platforms and Sean Connery or Hugh Hefner lounging
