    Not sure what the Northshore Riverfront has to do with any of this unless there’s a planned upgrade of the Pinkenba Line and rebuilding of the branch line in you’re back pocket you’re too shy to tell us about.

      That was hilarious right. They are trying to make that area happen so much, but it's just lame. They must be giving lots of development rights away.

    How is North Shore connected by CCR? … Brisbane Development published an article recently highlighting the lack of public transport for the precinct.
    It would be awesome to see a duplicated and extended Doomben line (as it was originally planned to be) to service North Shore.

      and rebuild the Doomben Line to elevated Skyrail to remove level crossings (but wont work under the Gateway)

    • @kidfreejones
      @kidfreejones 6 місяців тому +3

      Yeah then the sewer workers next door can use it too. The most stupid place to build that terminal. Whinging over, yes indeed a line to it. And a decent road that doesn't feel like you're leaving town on dirt.

    • @electro_sykes
      @electro_sykes 6 місяців тому +1

      @@kidfreejones they could easily build a arterial road from the end of the Old Gateway at the Bridge, through Eagle farm and Pinkenba, past the new terminal and then duck under the old runway and remerge onto Airport Drive by the Domestic Terminal.

    • @kidfreejones
      @kidfreejones 6 місяців тому +1

      @@electro_sykes absolutely! Good idea, didn't think of heading the other way. I anticipated the terminal was to be at fisherman's Wharf, then folks travel smoothly down port of bris mwy, on to KS Drv and welcome to Brissy. Not the disgusting junk road council approved them to be down. Shows how much money talks hey.

    A city loop that extends from Exihibit to North shore, that circles back down through Belimba, and new farm back to Albert street or Roma or even Wollongabba, would great a great city loop that allows residents there to have easier eaccess to city and build up economy of the area.
