Thank you for the tutorial. I made it tonight, can't wait to eat it tomorrow. It's my second time making cheesecake but on both occasions the cream separated while whipping it. This time I bought 500ml of it, so I could make the cheesecake with less mixture since I only used the 200ml that remained. My mixture wasn't as fluffy as yours because I was afraid of ruining the cream again. I feel scared to whip cream again :(
Cream separation does happen. If you are ever in doubt, srop your machine and start mixing it with a whisk instead. That way you have more control over the final result :)

I don’t know what passion fruit you used but I’ve got 10 times more seed then you. I think you only should use the passion fruit juice. Most of the people won’t like the seeds. Use a strainer and a spoon! Cheesecake is very tasty though. Thanks
3 years later and I would love to see a clear version of the recipe ingredients, or even a printed recipe, the screen ingredients are barely visible for some ingredients and method🤷♀️

Can you use yogurt instead of cream?
I think you would get a different texture and more or a sour taste. Have not tried though!

Its very difficult to read wen the writing is so small in white .
Letters of the ingredients are too small and written on the light back ground with the white letters.
