    250g plain biscuit
    4tbs milk
    1/3 cup hot milk
    3 tsp gelatine
    250 g cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    300 ml fresh cream
    1/3 cup passion fruit
    Topping
    1/2 cup passion fruit
    3 TBS sugar
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp gelatine
    1/4 hot water

    When showing your ingredients, you need to put them ( all ) high on the screen or use dark lettering, it's so difficult to see them all, & let them stay on the screen just a little longer, but dark lettering would be so much better to see, & we're those vanilla cookies,/ biscuits,? but it looks so delicious 😋🤤

    Hello thank you for your easy recipe yesterday I made your recipe cheesecake. I ddnt have fresh passion fruit but I got ideas and tried to add raspberry jelly on top. my family and guest loved it so much it was sooo good and delicious. 😃🤤

    Can you use yogurt instead of cream?

      I think you would get a different texture and more or a sour taste. Have not tried though!

    Thank you for the tutorial. I made it tonight, can't wait to eat it tomorrow. It's my second time making cheesecake but on both occasions the cream separated while whipping it. This time I bought 500ml of it, so I could make the cheesecake with less mixture since I only used the 200ml that remained. My mixture wasn't as fluffy as yours because I was afraid of ruining the cream again. I feel scared to whip cream again :(

      Cream separation does happen. If you are ever in doubt, srop your machine and start mixing it with a whisk instead. That way you have more control over the final result :)

    Hi, you put a fresh cream and another cream, can you please confirm what 2 types of creams you added so I can get them

      I was confused with that too. I think he mixed the cream cheese in a separate bowl. Then he beat the fresh cream in another bowl and then incorporated the cream cheese from the initial bowl.

      This is a dessert topping I can purchase from my local supermarket. You can also buy it in a tin.

    I don’t know what passion fruit you used but I’ve got 10 times more seed then you.
    I think you only should use the passion fruit juice. Most of the people won’t like the seeds. Use a strainer and a spoon!
    Cheesecake is very tasty though. Thanks

    3 years later and I would love to see a clear version of the recipe ingredients, or even a printed recipe, the screen ingredients are barely visible for some ingredients and method🤷‍♀️
