1) Consider using bread crumbs as a third step in coating your zucchini. Dip in flour, then your egg mix, then in the bread crumbs. This will allow the zucchini to be fully covered and as well will add a great flavor. 2) Pre-heat your oil. In the video you dropped your first zucchini in and there was absolutely no sizzle. So instead of cooking, the oil was simply soaking in and messing up the flavor. If you have the oil hot enough it will lock in the zucchini's flavor.
Very nice. I make fried zucchini with a beer/mustard sauce. Hope you'll take a look sometime. Using sliced rounds seems to be quick. Your mom's recipe must be delicious. Thanks for this easy to follow video!
I have the best dipping sauce for your zucchini you will ever taste. Sour cream, cream cheese, a little garlic powder and some finely chopped scallions.
The people whining about the fork scraping are hilarious. I watched just to hear how bad it was. I feel like dubbing fork scraping into popular vids now just to get a good idea of the amount of people that are so opinionated.
way to improve on it: season zuccini before hand in salt pepper, whatever you like I'd add oregano, let it sit at least 15 minutes, salt will bring out the water, than go flour -> eggs -> flour again and on to a piping hot pan.
The fork scrapping! I couldn't even get through the video.
matthewjaymz I had to mute it. I hate that noise
Paused it right on it to see if anyone else wrote about it 😂

My pleasure Linda!
Don't look children, the bad man is using a metal utensil in a teflon pan! o.O
you can safely use them if you know what you want to do... but yeah, he doesn't.
My dad gets so mad at me for doing that. (〒︿〒)
Thanks for your video. Subscribed. I made this last night and it was amazing. I didn't use any Cayenne pepper though. I also used coconut oil instead.
Lamia7609 coconut oil sounds like a great option. I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
I had looked at some others, but they spent too much time rambling on about crap I didn't care about. You got to the point and it was easy to follow.
Love the idea of using bread crumbs, thanks for the comment!
great video , it got the job done thanks man.

Hi
scrapping with the fork is disturbing.....
plenty of rookie mistakes, but it's a tasty simple recipe.
Couldn't even watch it, next time have consideration for those who cant stand the sound of forks scraping. Which is a good bit of the population lol
