This was a nicely edited video. I've never seen anyone install Mlock like that. I usually just twist the locking piece by hand then insert and tighten. It makes me want to upgrade my M4.
Nice build 9/10. The Eotech is my only major criticism. They are bit heavy for me for the application, and I prefer less interference in my field-of-view when tracking moving targets. Many would disagree; but they haven't ran drills in the 100 degree sun beating down. Eotechs are not light, and ounces turn to pounds in the real world. Those quick targets turn into a challenge over a few hours. I opted for a different rear stock and a light-weight holosun for optics. I also immediately coated mine a lighter tan. Black is not friendly in the sun. I have a slightly different flashlight setup that doesn't have so much excess cable, but that's easily alleviated. Snagging is never fun. Otherwise, 9/10. I would move the extra shell carrier just a bit forward for my long hands, but otherwise; mine is set up very similarly. I did run a fine steel-wool cylinder brush through the magazine tube to polish the feeding though. Mine was a little rough from the factory, and the friction inside the tube was noticeably impeding some shells. It was not enough to cause malfunctions, but it was enough to notice if one has any time behind the system. After just a bit love TLC though, it felt much better. I also deburred many sharp edges with slight beveling to save my hands and gloves. My ejection port was especially sharp in a few small areas and just needed a few passes with my stones. I highly recommend everyone to spend just a little time on their "Turknellis". Some of the early imports need a lot more love. The newer ones seem to have much better machining and finish quality. That being said, a little preemptive attention can go a long way!
I like eotech since its more durable but yes battery life and weight is its not so great features, i thing the circle and dot makes my target acquisition so much better but i know what you mean exactly. Done a few 12 mile rucks in my life and the difference between 45lbs and 50lbs is huge haha

What a coincidence... I also upgraded my MAC 1014 a few days ago. Mines has the marine finish and all I did was upgrade to the MI rail, MI charge handle, vert grip, and the RX arms extension tube for matching finish. At this point most of my "airsoft" things are slapped with MI parts.
I have this exact shotgun. The Midwest industries. M lock rail is beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was the cable management. I think you could've done a tad better in my opinion

Sick freaking gun. I would’ve put the hand stop and light control further forward though. You won’t be able to quick load 2-4 shells at a time with it so close to the loading gate.

If you are in the US, you Might want to pick up some more US made parts to be 922r compliant. Import M4 shotgun with 7 round magazine tube and no collapsible stock: needs 3 parts if that stock is collapsible it needs 4. Hand guard and follower make 2. if the 2+ extender is us made the atf still doesn’t count it. Have to replace the whole tube with a US made one. Freedom fighter has lists on what counts.
Not sure if you picked up the MAC1014 adjustable stock but its drop in and super easy to replace. Really worth it. Also ended up stippling the stock grips myself similar to the John Wick movie and came out solid. Still not sure about the +2 or the 7 round tube, do you like the +2 or prefer the 7 round tube?
Nice video. I like how you titled it, kinda knowing it’s just overdone. Looks like a tactical build once you put the flashlight on. I don’t get the matchsaver round on tactical shotguns I switched to shotgun cards on the side. Every long gun needs a sling so you can free up both hands. Only question I have is how useful an eotech and flashlight at night are?
Interesting. My MAC 1014 does not have a plug in the end of the magazine tube. When you unscrew the dummy extension the spring comes right out. BTW, does anyone know if there is a magazine tube extension available that doesn't have to be removed to remove the barrel? I initially bought the one SDS sells and got tired of having to remove it before I could slide the barrel off.
Dont like shotguns. Touching the water to see if i would even like to shoot the thing more than 3 times a month and if i do ill buy the real one and replace the parts.

Definitely there's better options but, if your in the market for a semi auto shotgun that's not 600 or above, I ask if they are seen as dependable and not just a plinking toy.

Mainly aesthetic, but the rail allows me to attach the light and the handstop for recoil control. More ammo capacity was added as well

It was stock 5 round tube that +2 makes it 7. I like it a lot personally hasnt failed on me yet haha

You will most likely have to remove the barrel for all extensions only because of the threading will not fit thru the tube guide
